This is a little misleading...the FDA HAS approved HIV tests for blood screening for "donors." So yeah, they don't specifically call it an HIV test for an individual...but what's the difference?

Any test can be wrong for a number of reasons. If you get a positive Elisa and a clearly reactive western blot, yes, keep believing that it is maybe all bullshit. Then watch your CD4 count fall over the years, and keep reading denialist information. When they fall below 200 cells /mm3, and your doctors say "AIDS" don't care. Anyway, the medical hypothesis says the test always should be positive while retesting the subject. Reality shows people can get tested negative after being tested positive. So the hypothesis fails.

First, there is no scientific evidence that a positive HIV test means that a person has HIV antibodies in their body. Before watching this I supposed that a person with a positive test was admitted to a HIV health care programme with lots of follow ups and so on. That would erase this kind of multiple result problem! But I don't live in US, so maybe I am naive.

Here in the UK the screening test is an ELISA EIA test , if positive it is confirmed by 2 western blot antibody tests.Being antibody positive for something does NOT confer immunity in all cases. Well in 7 years of working in the HIV field I have yet to hear of one false positive from our lab. Western blots are used as confirmatory tests if an ELISA is positive..and again, we have never had an ELISA positive that wasnt W blot positive subsequently. The no 1 cause of death in HIV in the UK is coinfection with hepatitis, followed by cancer , the latter as CD4 cells also patrol for precancerous changes. Get your facts right. It does make sense if you know what how the tests work. They are (supposedly) looking for a series of antibodies to determine hiv status. So you could have different levels of different proteins detected giving 19 different results. Ask yourself this..how can a test be "indeterminate"? Isn't that like being "halfway pregnant"? Any test can be wrong for a number of reasons. If you get a positive Elisa and a clearly reactive western blot, yes, keep believing that it is maybe all bullshit. Then watch your CD4 count fall over the years, and keep reading denialist information. When they fall below 200 cells /mm3, and your doctors say "AIDS" don't care. When the diseases come, just laugh and say "Hah, this can be any other reason". Keep believing that you will not end like all the others...

Anyway, the medical hypothesis says the test always should be positive while retesting the subject. Reality shows people can get tested negative after being tested positive. So the hypothesis fails.
Meaning you either had HIV and lost it, or you never had it all. Either way, the test remains unreliable.

According to the medical hypothesis, it should always give the same results,.. but reality disagrees.

While doing this, he may have seen the ravages of AIDS firsthand. But did he also see, or know of, many who got false positives? Did he see or know of, people who were harmed by the side effects of medications? The answers to those questions may give a better understanding of why he takes the above positions.

If someone with HIV dies of just about anything, it is usually labeled as an AIDS death, so your statistics are skewed. And besides, what does denying the role of HIV in AIDS causation have to do with dying of AIDS? None of the HIV-Denialists are denying that AIDS exists and that people die from it. The HIV Ab test is a screening test. It is intended to HIV exposure out. If your HIV Ab test comes back negative, you can be confident you have not been exposed (assuming adequate incubation & immune competency).
A + HIV Ab test is NOT basis for a diagnosis if HIV. It IS grounds for further, more specific tests.

First, there is no scientific evidence that a positive HIV test means that a person has HIV antibodies in their body. Secondly, if a person actually does have HIV antibodies, it can only mean that their immune system is working well to produce those antibodies and they are now immune from any disease that HIV could cause. Question for you - if it was even possible to create a vaccine for HIV, how would we know if it worked? They would be positive on an HIV test! Consider yourself uninformed.

This is so weird!
Before watching this I supposed that a person with a positive test was admitted to a HIV health care programme with lots of follow ups and so on. That would erase this kind of multiple result problem! But I don't live in US, so maybe I am naive.
Another thing I don't understand is how you can have antibodies for HIV without having HIV when there is no vaccination and the only way to be resistent is to have a genetic mutation that stops HIV to enter the blood cell.

Parts of this are totally untrue. Recent colds or flu`s cannot cause a false positive HIV test. Here in the UK the screening test is an ELISA EIA test , if positive it is confirmed by 2 western blot antibody tests.Being antibody positive for something does NOT confer immunity in all cases. Telling people not to believe their HIV test is correct if performed in a regulated laboratory with a confirmatory test is extremely irresponsible and could prevent someone seeking treatment and endanger life.

Well in 7 years of working in the HIV field I have yet to hear of one false positive from our lab. Western blots are used as confirmatory tests if an ELISA is positive..and again, we have never had an ELISA positive that wasnt W blot positive subsequently. The no 1 cause of death in HIV in the UK is coinfection with hepatitis, followed by cancer , the latter as CD4 cells also patrol for precancerous changes. Get your facts right. I'm just saying, if one test in one location has such a staggering difference to results elsewhere.
You have to use Oocam's razor on this.
Is it that 90% of the tests are bad? Or was the study faulty? If the study was correct then ideally there would be other studies as well.
Whatever your answer, I hope its more grounded than "OMG ITS A CONSPIRACY BY ZIONIST CORPORATIONS" or something as cliche =3

No, my answer is that:
1. The FDA has never approved any HIV test for the detection of the virus itself -- only the detection of non-specific antibodies.
2. All the HIV tests now used to detect the antibodies to what is called HIV have a massive number of false positive reactions.
3. If someone tests Positive on a so-called HIV test, that test is simply reacting with antibodies which may or may not have been developed from some dis-ease in that body, which may or may not need to be treated.

It does make sense if you know what how the tests work. They are (supposedly) looking for a series of antibodies to determine hiv status. So you could have different levels of different proteins detected giving 19 different results. Ask yourself this..how can a test be "indeterminate"? Isn't that like being "halfway pregnant"? The only person who should be locked up is Dr Robert Gallo. The man conned every one on the 23 April 1984 that he discovered a virus that causes AIDS when in actual fact upon examination of his papers, it's evidently clear that he DIDN'T discover jack shit. Don't believe me,than Google "Robert Gallo HIV fraud" or watch "Deconstructing the myth of aids" and "Aids inc" on Google video.

But this video doesn't reflect the reality that many HIV positive people who seek treatment undergo three separate tests, ELISA, Western Blot, and PCR which all confirm HIV. Also that many of my friends have been brought back from severe illness and death by HIV meds.

I disagree with that.
I have seen countless people legally euthanized with these chemicals as these powerful cocktails rapidly deplete liver and cellular glutathione.
Once depleted the liver can no longer clean the blood and backs up with hormones, pesticides in foods, food chemicals, body product chemicals, pharm drugs, and many other things. You drown in toxic waste until organ failure and pathogens overtake the body.

Ahh ok. If you arguments are true that you die of the drugs, causing liver failure so that must mean one of the main symptoms with people who have liver failure or problems is a severe case of Kaposi Sarcoma and pneumocystis pneumonia.

Those diseases are a result of a massive auto immune response to sperm in areas which it DOESNT belong. semen lowers immunity in local area of vagina by changing local p.h. temporarily so sperm can survive. (normal as it is contained as nature provided).
In areas which it DOESNT belong it destroys immunity body-wide with a massive autoimmune reaction where it is not contained. Its not caused by the so called "aids virus".
Drugs merely speed up the process of poor decisions.

earlier this year (2007) in an australian courtroom Gallo admitted that he only found 40% of AIDS patients testing positive for hiv in his original studies of the hiv test, and yet the same test is still used today. we should all be speaking out.

Very unlikely made by scientists. As an infectious disease scientist I can tell you it would be impossible to engineer such a virus. Studies have been done into when the first isolates of the virus were detected (1955-1959). The complexities of the virus would have made it impossible to create, even now days.

Robert Gallo stole the virus now called HIV from a French researcher in 1984, announced HIV as the cause of AIDS at a press conference with no peer review, and the lie was off and running. HIV is an old, harmless passenger retrovirus that has never been proven to cause any disease or symptoms in any human being - therefore there was never any "conspiracy" to create HIV in the first place. The only "conspiracy" has been to silence any "dissident" viewpoint since a CDC memo to that effect in 1987.

Keenebear - well, someone needs to educate you, because it's obvious you have not read the scientific evidence yourself and are therefore a danger to those who come to you for medical care - especially if you are prescribing the anti-retroviral medications that even your own "experts" have admitted since 2003 are killing more people from their side effets than any HIV/AIDS-related illness (Reisler et al, JAIDS)

AIDS is not a disease, in and of itself!
HIV destroys certain T cells (CD4), when an HIV+ persons CD4 count falls below 200, they are considered to have AIDS.
Because they lack sufficient amounts of CD4 cells, it leaves them wide open to opportunistic infections, staph, fungal, TB, toxoplasmosis, etc.
Denying the existence AIDS is just stupid!

Many of the articles you site and reference from your website are articles which do not support your theories, they often point out anomalies in the data we already know (that is often why they are published).
You can make as many claims as you like about the diagnostic tests, you can say "there is no scientific evidence" as many times as you like... but it still doesn't change the fact that there are thousands of papers written showing HIV as the causative agent of AIDS

Keenebear - not true. In fact, Nobel Prize winner in Chemistry, Kary Mullis, has been searching for more than 20 years for even ONE paper that proves that HIV causes AIDS, and still can't find it.

This is a totally futile argument... The scientific facts are there... no one dies of AIDS unless they have HIV. There are a few viruses which cause similar symptoms as AIDS (e.g. HTLV viruses) but no one gets AIDS without having HIV. As for diagnosis of AIDS, yes, in some parts of the world anti-HIV antibodies do not need to be tested to make a diagnosis (usually due to poor diagnostic services).

Keenebear - you are correct that no one has died of AIDS since 1991 unless they have HIV, but that's only because the CDC changed the definition of AIDS that year to require the presence of HIV. Prior to 1991, there are literally thousands of cases on record of AIDS deaths with no HIV.

This video speaks the truth.
The Scientist from Amgen that developed the tests said they are fallable concerning false positives. Who is anyone to argue with this Scientist or the statement on the test package by the manufacturers. They admit fallability, non accuracy.
Unfortunately thousands are being legally euthanized with toxic drugs for having general immune dysfunction and not a virus.
