Awesome answer by Ron Paul. Great face by Mittens Romney. R.P. is so right. He has been there to see how congress does exactly what he said. They say they are making cuts but they are only cuts out of an expanded budget which doesn't cut anything. It actually increases spending. They have been doing this for years & calling it cuts.
