  • Im not sure I understand the point of a ten minute workout, it takes twenty minutes to get into the "fat burning" zone.

  • @Intotheorchard as it may take 20 minutes to enter the fat burning zone, entering this zone is not the most efficient or fastest way to lose fat. A high intensity 10-20 minute workout will boost your metabolism and you will burn more calories while at rest for the next 24 to 48 hours, trying to lose weight by just focusing on the calories burned during the workout is not the way to lose bodyfat, boosting your metabolism so you burn fat all day long is the fastest and surest route.

  • @Intotheorchard althought this workout doesnt seem as intense as it could be, you hsuold look up bodweight circuit intervals for more info

    Stop eating junk food, cut your sugar intake in half.

    Sleep, get atleast 8 hours of sleep a night.

    And for a workout, got to this guys channel, his username is FitnessVIP, I guarantee in a month you will be freakin amazed, all you have to do, is workout for 20 mins twice a day, once with weights, and once with cardio interval training. Im not gonna lie, its gonna be hard, but if you do it right, you will be amazed.

  • I don't think you need to lose weight. 5'8 is quite tall and you're only 15. Just eat right and work out to be healthy
