  • @TKelichner holy crap what a stupid question.

  • Interesting machine. Is that like a standing leg press machine?

  • @eurohim No.. its a Hax squat machine.. And hes going WAY to deep.. hax squat is to a Seated position with the legs out infront of u.. which is a 90degree bend in the knee..he is going much deeper, Awsome that he can, but he is greatly increasing the possibility of injury, thats Way beyond proper ROM for that workout. I bet with a Smith press machine he cant do 405 to a Seat and Stand back up properly doing a hax squat.

  • @irmeubu Thanks!

  • that is nasty deep!

  • Now that's a hack squat. Good form.

  • hey sporto great form btw .. just a quick question when i go heavy on hacks i get a lot of shoulder pain from the pads pressing down on my shoulders anything i can do to prevent this ( besides adding more mass to my shoulders) also when you do leg presses up side down ones my legs hit my rib cage like at half reps any advice/tips ?

  • Serious case of schizophrenia.

  • hahaha i love the lou quote

  • Those squats were so deep his ass was almost touching his ankles.

  • Comment removed

  • Wow, when i clicked on this video i expected half ass squats.

You did them nice and deep, keep up the good work mate.

  • @TKelichner - Why is that? Because I don't takemyself so hardcore seriously that I can actually have a sense of humor while I lift more than you?

And natural bodybuilders don't use drugs genius - obviously there will be a difference in size compared to people who choose to use drugs...but at least I dwarf your tiny ass, so it's all good.

  • lol nice sense of humor

  • @SmexyPC - Thanks! Gotta have a sense of humor :)

  • the louie line was CLASSIC! lol

  • "More weight, I wanna beatum!" -Lou

  • bro that was fantastic, you did that really well man!!

  • AMAZING JOB, My heels do the same thing and my knees feel fine also.

  • amazing I also like to do hack squats I recently did 10 reps. with just 5 -45 lbs. on each side. congratulations and by the way how much can you squat (regular squat)

  • la a fitness in cocoanut creek

  • i never seen a guy this size, this fucking strong... EVER

  • Louie Ferigno reference, gotta love it haha

  • @ChipmunkJLD - Gotta keep it entertaining!

  • @Sporto4323 :D I lol'ed!

  • sup with all the youtube experts commenting on knee problems. Have you ever read any science in your lives or is this just anecdotal broscience nonscence? Below parallel recruits posterior chain and limits the stress on the knee tendons/ligaments throughout the ROM. Go indulge in some Mark Rippetoe anatomy writings on squat/deadlift form and allignments etc..

  • @GuitarMasterman - Finally someone who actually knows what they are talking about lol

  • @GuitarMasterman Exactly -- that's what separates longevity from the rookies; who always wonder where they came up short.

  • nice

  • This guy his knees probably are wrecked after a few years. Watch closely at his heels. From rep 1 his heels come up. Lower the weight and keep your heels down.

  • @SynQ86 My knees are just fine big guy, but thank you so much for your concern lol

  • @SynQ86 lol shut the fuck up u brainless cunt

  • Hey tommy,

do you use a support belt at all when doing any squatting movements?

  • @tradguitarplaya I normally don't wear a belt at all unless I'm dieting or in contest prep mode simply to reduce wear and tear on the core and lower back. But in the offseason, I don't wear anything at all

  • awesome reps.....now thats a full hack squat.

  • @blitzburg36 Thanks...it's been the reason I've developed such a big tear drop in the quad!

  • Nice man I hit some hacks today... You beasted those out bro. What should I look into as far as natural BB Comps?

  • @blindtheye Thanks! It depends on where you are located. You can google the OCB, NANBF, INBF, NPC, etc. to see what all shows are near you...

  • Lol funny Lou Ferrigno impression.

  • No offense but this isn't quite as impressive as the title makes it sound.

14 plates is 630 lbs. However, you're pressing at a 45 degree angle, which is the equivalent of a vertical press of 315 lbs.

Of course we all know being strong isn't necessarily the goal of a body builder.

  • @barrysbody

None taken. But your analogy is not even close and made me laugh :)

  • @Sporto4323

I wasn't making an analogy. It's a simple fact of physics that you are only applying the force required to move 315 lbs vertically.

The force vectors would be exactly the same. Unless I am missing something which is entirely possible.

  • shit i bet they hurt above the knee

  • Damn straight!

  • @Sporto4323 I'm just curious, does that do any damage to your knees?

  • @blackasian1234 Nope! My knees feel great!

  • Football Player ?

    Because your legs are Beeffff

  • No, was a baseball player that got as high as the minor leagues though!

  • Dammnn Soonnn !

    anyways Keep Working

  • and very nice work

  • how many Years do you do your Workout ?

  • I haven't seen any regular squats in your journal lately tommy. Just curious to why that is?

  • My IT-Bands were strained pretty bad and squats were aggrevating them. I just did them yesterday for the first time in a while and they seemed to be fine, so they will be back in now :)

  • Hey Tommy...how do you prevent injuries? I find as I am setting PRs and lifting heavier I am starting to get tendonitis in certain ligaments.

  • To prevent injuries, you need to take preventative measures. I do a lot of stretching, warming up, cooling down, take joint care supplements, get plenty of rest, keep hydrated, keep all micronutrients from getting deficient, etc...

  • hack squats are a killer exercise! nice work

  • Yes they are!

  • fuck dude that's insane

  • Thanks!

  • ah I guess they're all set up the exact same, I was like... "woah this gym looks familiar"

  • cute accent..lol

  • Thanks!

  • "Suppose Louie beats you?"

  • He doesn't :)

  • Now that...that is hack squatting

  • Thanks!

  • Can't go any lower than that. Lots of people load up and do partial reps. But you are the few person that I saw actually go as far as physically possible. And no "knee wrap"! Strong tendon BTW.

  • Thanks! You will never see me do anythiing but full range of motion reps...that's for sure!

  • LMAO I LAUGHED WHEN U DID THE ARNOLD ACCENT. nice ! 5 stars

  • Sweet! I'm glad people recognize it!

  • Man that is a pile of weight for the Hack Squat. Jeeezzzuuus

  • Dang, you are looking huge. *thumbs up!

  • Thanks!

  • nice work, thats where a lot of guys skip out on, is leg strength, thats my strong point. makes me want to push even harder tomorrow when i have my legs day.

  • Awesome - glad I could help motivate!

  • What LA Fitness do you go to?

  • I either go to the one in Glendale or Greenwood in Indianapolis, IN...

  • Great job man. Your legs are looking huge!

  • Thanks!

  • way to go matey, keep up the great work, powerful legs mate. cool

  • nice job LOUUUUUUUUUUUIE
