i love this hotel, but it is extremely overpriced. the rooms really arent that great and are pretty much the same as any cheaper disney good neighbor hotel room. what i like to do is stay at a good neighbor hotel tha's across the street. a lot cheaper, still close to the park and you can still go inside and look at the dland hotel.

@TheBiskey Disneyland is great!!!! I suggest the Disneyland Hotel, it's my favorite. The Grand Californian is great too, it also has a direct entrance to DCA! You should go, you will love it

The Disneyland hotel isn't all that great. The rooms aren't any better than a 75.00 - 100.00 a night hotel room. You are basically paying for the name and the closeness to the park. Check out the hotels that are across the street. They are half the price and the same walking distance believe it or not. But make sure they are LITERALLY ACROSS THE STREET. Hotels advertise that but in actuallity, they are 2 full city blocks away. The Annabella is about 1 city block away....10 minute walk?

I like the timeless feel to this complex. Feels very comfortable to stay in these buildings as opposed to the overly theme hotels at Disney World which were built as oversized day care centers. Unless you're under 13 years old this is much more appealing.

I would be just fine if Disney bulldozed California Adventures and replaced it with a replica of DisneySea. Most of the park was actually designed for a lagoon in Carlsbad, California (San Diego) in the 80's with Disney being the designer/contractor/operator but not the owner. It fell through but the plans were only slightly modified to include Little Mermaid.
Of course! haha, i had stayed there in the summer of '08 and it was a verrry nice hotel! i probably wont end up staying there again though, to stay at the Disneyland Hotel u HAVE to use the ameneties they have there.I didnt get to sadly. plus its,like, WAYY long to get to the DIsneyland Main Gates. I really liked the hotel! When my dad and i were going back to the hotel after our last night there and i started crying like crazy! everyone was looking at us like my dad beat me up or Something ha
