For the people who don't know when to activate the chute: You have to activate the shoot at the last second before the altimeter bar shrinks. The bar has to be whole at the bottom. Keep an eye on the altimeter, not the ground.

If you go to your safe house, inside there should be a parachute there left of the door :)

I still liked it however all together the 3 games make a pretty good story but i wish TBOGT had more to do with taking over liberty city or if not taking it over trying to cut out a slice of the action with henrique and armando, that combined with drug wars and the more action packed atmosphere and nightclub scene wouldve been awesome
