Cool man, REAL cool! I've got one in Montana Rail Link colours and replaced the MRC sound with Tsunami! I LOVE it! I've also ordered a QSI Revoloution to go into an SD40-2. I'll be posting a video when I get it done. Thanks for Sharing!

Nice weathering. They put triple-clasp HTC's under the '73 at some point, it's currently sitting on a piece of panel track at the REDI in ATL. They use it for the trainees.

I love it, but I need to slow it down because it takes off like a rocket!

I will use decoder pro to slow that down.

@montyvox0510 Bro, I weigh my locomotives down to the max! I experimented with my Overland Models NS C40-9 it's now over 3lbs and pulls over 100 weighted cars. Its operation is a very smooth and slow prototypical takeoff. It hasn't hurt the gears whatsoever and its been 10 years now. I went to a buddy's house and used the C40-9 and one of my Proto 2000 SD60's to pull a 160 car train bro with no slippage. The P2K SD60 came from Life Like heavily weighted but I added more.

It's about time. Glad to see you back into the video/railroad action. I to have the CSX SD45-2 however I have not weathered it yet. Yours look great. Did want to ask you a question.

Have you noticed that once you go into speed step 1 and up the locomotive surges ahead instead of starting out smoothly. Could this condition be alleviated by increasing the speed steps to 128 ???

I dont use dcc yet so it kinda sux, but if you change it to 128 step you get a more realist locomotive but the sounds and motor might be mismatched ill look into this
