Go easy on 341blackstar, guys. Honestly speaking, the uploaded date is easy to over look since it's not very important(at least not to me). Loved the anime though.
It might be just me, but I found the animation to the song didn't match in most places. It's a good opening, but a fantastic opening makes the animation match the singing to the tee. Cause the singer has kinda a whiny Avril Lavinge voice but the instrumentals and energy make up for that. The only time when I find they get a sense of rhythm was 1:16 which is near the end. So, Did Adult Swim shorten the opening? Yeah. Did they sync it up better? Most definitely.
