I love that he attempted an interesting topic in persuasive. Just gotta improve on your flow in the speech. Avoid fillers such as "um" and "uh" and feel free to ad lib if your doing it purely by memory so you do not reach a point where you can not gather the information faster than you can speak it. Also be very careful about stuttering, it really shows that you are nervous giving the speech which takes away from the persuasion.
