..they aren`t equal, for reasons which people who knows the lifestyle of both would realize. lions live in more densely populated areas, where competition over available resources is increased, and indeed, they are liable to be in more fights than a tiger, who by contrast lives in the dense forests of asia, where both predators and prey animals alike are more spread out, competition less extreme. lions also have that large, protective mane of theirs. they have greater stamina, and aggression too

...lions are every bit as capable as tigers. in fact, i`ve found the bone density of lions to be greater. while i have have info upon the bone density of lions....i don`t have any of tigers for comparison. however, studies show that tigers have the greater proportion of fat, which increases overall mass, reducing the percentage of mass occupied by bone...hence a smaller skeletal structure. a slighter skeletal structure offers less resistance in terms of speed/agility.

I know of instances of lions killing tigers too, but I know of a lot more of tigers killing lions. ask yourself just this one thing ok, look at the size of lions used to fight tigers...do you notice anything unusual (apart from the lack of balls)..yes, they're all smaller than the lion, not a single video of a tiger being bigger, and yet they still give as good as they take. you cant put a tiger that bigger than a lion in together, it would be a mismatch and look rubbish. film makers knew this.

I'm a fan of all the big cats - big and small.
Whats there not to believe? they are genuine articles, all of which can be verified by yourself. I'm not asking you or telling you to believe what I tell you, but don't you think it highly illogical for an animal that's bigger and stronger and more agile to lose to something smaller weaker and less agile than itself...I do.
And I find it incredible for you to have read through my list so quickly, did you choose to ignore it?
