Being outside sure helps the workout from being boring. I can get the same workout on my Total Trainer (similar to TOTAL GYM) with about 3 or 4 different positions, but I will reserve that for Winter. With the ROWBIKE I can get a almost Total Workout from just one mounted position. Looks like Olie the Goalie could lower Chuck Norris and Christie Brinkly's sales of the Total Gym machine.
However I recommend the TOTAL TRAINER over the Total Gym.
@norsseman The total trainer is great, but until you step off the Rowbike with perspiration soaked clothes from a good cardio, you don’t know what you’re missing.
