I think people shouldnt just 'accuse' any singer of copying kpop. They all put in their effort to bring us nice songs. How would they feel if they see all these comments saying that their songs are not original? If you like kpop, go ahead and like, but please dont associate everything with kpop.

LOL why so many ppl think that he is copying the kpop, i agree that some parts of the song looks like the most of the kpop songs but not all of them right? and most of the mandarin singers record their songs in korea, of course the song will yet have some similar parts. Very few artists can pull of really good dance beats. Mandarin in general has really soft intonations, so making them sound sharp and upbeat is hard. Wei Chen is one of my favorite singers, but this song really does him no justice. He still coasts along just fine (as expected), but he's just not dance song material. I would rather he do ballads or something that requires more emotional/singing depth.

P.S. This song sounds like Boom Boom Pow by BEP.

I would much, much rather him pick a catchy fast song than a ballad song because the only ballads that can show off his amazing vocals are epic songs that no one else would be able to sing along to, and those would not work as title songs.

Remember, the title of the album is DISPARATE, so the album will show diversity.
