dis phone was my favorite until i got an htc hero on the sprint network last week.its a big step up but anyone still with virgin mobile i think this is the best phone. i think the rumor is 2nd place because of its small screen but it all depends on the person.

to put songs on the phone first you format the memory card from the phone then you put the sd card in the computer then open it from the "computer" on the start meny then when you see the sd card is in you open the sd card folder then folders with different names will show up, then you click on the music folder then you add the songs there as files

delete them off your memory card, and reload them onto it. if not maybe try reformatting your memory card or buying a new one. also, you could try re-downloading the song onto your computer
