Gamboa Road -- Thanks for posting all the Leroy music! Used to love going to the Panama Hilton and listening to him play. Imagine my surprise years later to see a billboard in Pittsburgh, PA that he was playing. Rushed right over. His music brings back memories of really fun times.
My wife Rose, and I, saw Leroy a number of times in the early '70's at the Lighthouse Inn. What an astounding player! We were blown away by his playing. The effects he had and the additional support from the folks in the bar created one of the most memorbale performance we have ever experienced. Mind-blowing. I am sure the consumed alcohol helped. But still, I can remeber the fun even though it took place 40 years ago. WTF?
What a great surprise to find his video - I knew LeRoy & Ted way back at the 19th St. Theater in Alllentown, PA. Lost track after the Lighthouse & my living in Japan for 20 years. Bobby Howard

@lupegaruband Thanks for the great story! What a wealthy thing to have heard him perform live... Bartender, another round!

I never him in person, but spoke to him on the phone several times in the late 1990's when I lived with a mutual friend of his. He was a hoot!
BTW, does anyone know if this organ is still being played?

Excellent song by the late Leroy Lewis. I remember the Desi Arnaz version from I Love Lucy.
