I love 80's music and this remake is what turned me onto Seether! Now I can't get enough of them and I've developed a lot of respect for Shaun Morgan.
I think Seether's version fits the lyrical content of the song better. George Michael is/was a great artist in his own right. It just felt like with this song, he was playing up the whole "sex symbol" bit while singing a break-up song.

Wow lots of young people commenting on this video 5 when nirvana was a hit I love it, I'm no old fogie I was 14 when Kurt killed himself so I'm guessing I was 5 when the original was out don't remember much of music in 1985 cause I didn't care then.. 90's rock and so do the 60's and this cover is pretty rockn' too.

Finding beauty in negative spaces lacked a lot of the more original flavor that seether had shown in their previous music, its become alot more hollow sounding, likes its all studio no self expression. They're starting to recycle things sounds and lyrics too.
Don't get me wrong, no one will ever be able to justify anything the jonas brothers do haha.
