Nothing has ever upset you. Nothing will ever upset you. It is your own will. So, just use your own won't power. Don't do it. Don't be upset that you upset yourself. Don't be upset that you are upset that you upset yourself.
Do not ... Just Be. Aware. Understand. No one is to blame. With that understanding, now act if you will. The less conditioned your action, the better the reaction.
