You'll see whether Obama can speak and think (or not), without the teleprompter. At 1:45 the sound improves. At 3:15 the first question is actually asked.

lol really like this.. I was watching a speech earlier and he litterally cant string a sentence together without the teleprompter...people I hope theres no crisis in a blackout...obama wont be able to speak he'll just stand there and look around waiting for someone to grab some crayons and start writing :)
