If it flood you gave to drain the gas and oil and any other liquids your atv might have and take out the spark plug and crank the engien untill water stops coming out the hole

the only time when a bike gets flooded is when the water gets into the air intake. or it gets in the muffler after the bike stalls.

it should be ok, i think you have to drain the gas and oil though, maybe a couple other things too but i'm not too sure.

@Dennen2009 or in my case i was idling a polaris 400 in a pond and the muffler filled up and bogged out while i was crackin another beer lol was funny started up pretty easy afterwards tho
