Poor pruning technique regarding Crape Myrtles

I prune crepe myrtles both ways. "Right" and "wrong". It all depends on what the client wants. Since they are paying, I'll do what they want, even if they want it "wrong". It's their money, and it's only a tree!

@tobylou8 It's landscapers like you that tarnish the image of proffesional landscaping companies. Being a professional means having the knowlede and skills to do explain to clients the best ways to care for their property. A surgeon does'nt take advice from a landscaper on how transplant a heart. Why would a landscaper take the advice of a sergeon on the way a plant should be taken care of? Your comment just means that you have know idea what you do for a living but being told what to do.
