From an Irish catholic background, it's troubling to watch the religious right. These traitors claim to just love america but they really despise the separation of church and state and view it as encroaching secularism. Melding religion and concentrated wealth is what the old European world was all about and why these people's ancestors took upon themselves great risk to come to the Americas. Todays rightwing is too unsophisticated perhaps to see their own brand of cancerous fascism.

The mainstream media doesn't report or ask questions. Moreover, they try to prevent any real questions from being asked. Then there are the liberal politicians. They ignore real questions. The only people asking the real questions and demanding answers are everyday people. If that means, we have to shout or be impolite to demand accountability - so be it.

Conservatives like to shout their rhetoric and disguise it as "questioning." Real dialogue consists of interviewers allowing their subjects to answer questions instead of shouting out more rhetoric. Logic and reason plays the most important role in dialogue, and this is why conservatives don't accept evolution...they can't "reasonably" argue against it.
