he probably heard the tires screeching as I did on the vid. Cops who create hazards suck and should be replaced by smart cops who don't hang in traffic and cause accidents. Granted, he was off the road but how many times does this happen? Too f'n often, they should know better and should be fired for being dumb asses.

Only in Hollywood movies will you hear screeching tires on wet roads. The car was already out of control by the time of impact. The cop did hear something and react, but it certainly was NOT screeching tires. All of the cars driving by, even after impact, were driving to fast for such wet roads.

We've already PROVEN that human nature is to look at what is happening where the FLASHING LIGHTS (cops) are... cops should KNOW THIS and NEVER park near the lane of traffic. They need to GET OFF THE ROAD if they want to pull someone over... once they have them pulled over, TURN OFF THE BIG LIGHTS. Otherwise, you will keep having these issues.
