Can you read? It's a penta. The timeframe in which he kills the 5 people is less than what is required to get a pentakill. The time between the kills was even spaced fairly consistently, I don't even know what you're talking about with the waves garbage. I prioritize Harpoons over Flamethrower though. Everyone I see play him usually gets Hextech first, but I've had great success with Rylai's first. Rank 1 flamethrower for perma-slow and destroy with Harpoons. It's worked for me for months.
