  • fuck those rules! allow the heel hooks and the flying scisor sweep, Morons!

  • nice casey jones shirt

  • I think I'll stay away from IBJJF for a while. Btw why is joey like 23-24 and alrdy losing his hair?

  • I say this often. If ibjjf doesn't evolve it will die. Their immediate d-q for a reap is unreasonable, their exclusion of leg attacks is unreasonable

  • Where's my chalace!!

  • I think most of the negative comments on here are because we don't understand WHY these rules are in place...

    Please explain

  • @emanizzle He did.

The actions that are shown as being illegal put additional pressure on the knee of the opponent which can result in serious injuries.

  • This is very important, protect the athlete!

  • Rules = watered down

  • I don't know what IBJJF is thinking, but if rules for leglocks remain as they are, in 5-7 years the guys from sambo and submission wrestling will simply destroy BJJ people every time they will meet on a mat. I know what I'm saying, since I train in Russia (birthplace of sambo) and know very well how powerfull a good leglock is

  • Don't forget you will be fouled if your fighting a Brazilian and your not a Brazilian and your beating the Brazilian fair and square.

  • @umaplata stfu u moron...

  • So. What's the point of such ankle lock? Just ban it because it's useless in this variation.

  • These are the most retarded rules i've ever heard

  • These rules are gay-er than a Pink Flute!!!!!

  • How stupid. Please turn the ibjjf over to an American organization. You guys are legit fools!

  • it just seems like they're edging out catch and sambo guys from winning

  • WeakSauce

  • GrapplersQuest, NAGA, and many other organizations(ADCC) allow leg locks. So ill be skipping IBBJF tourneys.

  • otimo video marcelo, gostaria de saber se crusar a perna esquerda ( na situacao mostrada ) tbm seria desclassificado??

    obrigado pelo esclarecimento..Osss

  • These rules are not very well thought out. A foot lock without the feet crossed or knees only on the outside does no damage to knee.

It seems you guys want to eliminate foot locks from BJJ. You want us, as bjj practitioners , to ignore half of the human body.

As long as these rules are in place for one will not participate in any IBJJF event. We will train leg/foot locks at my school.
