  • nobody gives you $1050 on the street man. if it were a video of some1 trying to sell a fake worth nothing theyd be dumb to.

  • I agree, Americans in general are dumb as rocks, and I'm an American that knows that and uses that herd mentality to my financial gain. It's great to be an American for now. Soon our house will be on fire and no amount of pissing on the walls will put it out. I'll of moved by then. So glad I'm on the down side of life.

  • STUPID AMERICANS!! Im ashamed! If this country doesnt pull its head out of its ass, we are in deep, deep trouble! Tough times are coming our way! This country deserved everything coming to it!

  • They are retards!! EVEN IF they thought it COULD be fake its still worth the chance. People spend more on lotto tickets A WEEK. Dont reply to this comment if you have spent more than 50 bucks on lottery tickets in your life

  • Amen.

  • I see a lot of people being really defensive and saying they probably thought they were counterfeit, but you can easily tell a counterfeit when it comes to smaller gold bullion. A one ounce gold coin isnt very big and you can pretty much tell by its weight.

  • You're the one dumb enough to think that someone is selling a 1100 dollar asset for 50 dollars without a second guess- "maybe it's a counterfeit"

  • can you turn the recording level down or stop shouting just watched the vid you referring to & the mic levels are great then you come on .. ..man wake up. ..

  • "anyone who thinks that video is stupid....man..you are illiterate...."

    Are you retarded?

Illiterate - A person who is unable to read or write

Stop using words you obviously don't know the meaning of, illiteracy has nothing to do with people not being gullible enough to believe that coin actually WAS real gold.

If i walked up to you with a briefcase and said "there's a million dollars in here, all you have to do is give me 100 bucks and its yours." Would you give me the money? Moron.

  • @kemoblue4u Thats not really a good example, the guy didnt exactly have the gold coin hidden in a briefcase. he was clearly showing it to them, and even letting them hold it. The point he is making is that most people dont know the value of 'real money'.

  • @NazTheGreat Fine, switch my example to an autographed t-shirt from Michael Jackson. My point is 99% of the people you'll come across are going to be skeptical of someone selling an ounce of GOLD for 50 bucks. The average person isn't going to know if it is real just by holding it. With that said, most people probably have NO CLUE how much gold is worth and even if they did I doubt the number of people accepting the coin would raise dramatically. They'd be skeptical all the same.

  • @kemoblue4u Im glad you admit that most people dont have a clue what gold is worth, because thats the point he was trying to make. But i do think if they did know what it was worth they would try to buy it after checking if it was real, its human nature; greed.

  • Wow what wonderful, powerful, statements! Keep it coming: NOT!

  • I love how morons easily impress themselves; like Baldy, here & MARK DICE

  • Let me tell you, the average person can`t determine actual gold from other like metals by visualization. This is a scam to be had. So, you really can`t blame those people for being streetwise. Although I do know the price of gold, doesn`t mean I will buy it from a guy on the street with a cam crew. The other side of the phsyche. You expect to be had. On video? No!

  • whysilverwhyisn . com/1325

  • as of today 4/28/2011 gold is 1535.00 +

  • If some guy with a microphone walked up to me and told me he was going to sell me a gold coin I would not trust him without going to a gold exchanger with him first. I DO know the value of gold, but it would be incredibly stupid to hand over 50 bucks to a stranger.

  • "If some guy with a microphone walked up to me and told me he was going to sell me a gold coin I would not trust him without going to a gold exchanger with him first. I DO know the value of gold, but it would be incredibly stupid to hand over 50 bucks to a stranger."

    @LaymanIX

Sorry bud but $50 is a VERY GOOD gamble for an ounce of gold, especially if you can hold the coin in your hands and have a close look at it. Actually, $50 was even a good bet back in 2000.

  • I totally agree with you. Especially with the "Go buy some silver and gold Now".

  • Im American and Im ashamed of how many ignorant people live in my country. It makes me sad to know that Americans are so dumb that they dont know what a gold coin is worth, what it looks like or anything...What this man (trying to get rid of this gold coin) should have done is asked who are the finalists on American Idol and I guarantee at least some of them would have known! Thats how stupid this country has become!

  • why are we supposed to assume THE STRANGER ON THE STREET is telling the truth about the gold coin?

  • Great video....I agree 100%

why doesnt Mark ask me, hell I will take a flight to California to meet him and buy it for $50

  • I was so irritated at the women on this vid. They knew nothing of the value of the coin. It is the same "type" that throws out a guys "junk" comic or baseball collection. And as for him being lagit...All they had to do is talk to the guy a little bit and look at the camera. Sad that people don't do that...rich snobs!

  • Their Americans... What can we expect? Born and raised to be retarded sheep...

  • I think Gold became valuable because "They" wanted it to be the choice of value... Question?... You're alive after a Global Chaos, everyone is dead. No more food, water etc... You're starving... You offer the guy with food a Gold Nugget. He's going to look at you and tell you stick that gold bar up your ass. WTF is he going to do with a bunch of gold?... LOL! You better have something edible or drinkable. I think Alcohol, water or grains will be some valuable items. Any Fuel for sure!

  • It was very sad. I would not have sold the coin. Gold prices will continue to climb in the near future. Stupid Americans!

  • Comment removed

  • Yes really sad. Ignorant people. What if instead of a Maple Leaf..... Ipad??? Good thing our votes really don't count, this nation would be screwed worse then it all ready is.

  • The point wanst that they didnt buy! Most didnt have a clue the value of the coin. If you pay attention to the reactions, and when directly asked most didnt have a clue.

Go do your own test and ask 10-20 random people what 1 ounce of silver is worth. You'll See I do it all the time. Thanks for your energy, and flair!

  • DUDE YOU ARE THE FUCKING IDIOT....I KNOW EXACTLY HOW MUCH GOLD IS WORTH AND IF SOME RANDOM DUDE TOLD ME TO BUY A COIN FROM HIM FOR 50 BUCKS ID SAY FUCK OFF TOO....YOU sir ARE THE FUCKING IDIOT...its easy to say that because you know it was real...im gonna come to your house, knock on the door, and try to sell you a real diamond earring worth 2,000 dollars for 100 bucks....I guarenFUCKINGtee you will slam the door in my face...god damn you are an ugly idiot

  • I do agree with that fact that a lot of americans are clueless on these issues but its not a good look to use the type of language against them as you and mike have done. There are more polite words like ignorant, uninformed, clueless but its wrong to attack them in such a rude matter. May i ask you if you work at a 9-5 job or have a streamline of passive income coming in month after month? If you are at a 9-5 job you havent educated yourself properly or taken action yet do be set apart

  • Ive been my own boss for 12 years. Im 34 years of age and own multiple businesses. Tradition as well as online. Thanks, and i agree. I wouldnt take a 9-5. That experiment has massively failed.

  • go fuck yourself with your shit talking about Americans!! arrogant asshole. you rude piece of shit. who the fuck are you to talk to us like that?!

  • Go buy some silver and gold Now. Thanks for your comment.

  • @YoureAlwaysRight stupid fucking american... crying about being stupid and fucking dumb... its called freedom of speech... something you don't support? MOVE TO CHINA why are you crying about this man is spreading the truth

  • @YoureAlwaysRight IDIOT!

  • that was an amazing video man i just watched it i couldn't believe it i wish i was there i would of bought it in a heartbeat and hug the fuckin guy lol

  • Comment removed

  • Those people on the street are brilliant. Some lunkhead comes up trying to sell gold on the street. ALERT Scam. It's probably a trinket from a gumball machine.

  • only a fool will buy a "gold "coin from someone on the street

  • people are to wary of being scammed jackass

  • personally i wouldnt know how much it was worth or if it was real gold, the canada part doesnt matter if it was real gold thats easy to sell no matter if its canadian or anything.

  • Hahaha.

Baldy, if someone tried to sell me gold on the street, I wouldn't be so gullible as to believe that it was actually gold.

    "Wake up!"

  • @EricUSU

Is it so hard to take the seller to a gold dealer? They're everywhere!

I would have done it and I would have won.

  • @EpicAthiest he was only selling it at that given moment, at that time. He sure as hell wouldn't let them check out if it was real.

  • hahah Americans ( Head Shake)

  • More like the fready cruger effect. ?Say what you want Americans in general are blind to the reality of economic issues. Especially when it comes to real money and inflation.

  • DUDE!!!!!!!!! THEY VOTED for Obama and California went democrat again !!!!!!!!!!!! They are lost!

  • , i addmit americans are retarded , good point

  • So absurd that no one even asked if they could take it to a coin/jewelry shop to get it authenticated

  • @mtwood992211 Funny that you would say that. When I was watching that video I was thinking "Man I wish I'd been there", I would have asked the guy for ID so I could track him down if it was bogus and then ask if we could take it to shop to get authenticated. Regardless, if was a knockoff or a reprint you would actually be paying about the right price. You see them on T.V. the "Gold Plated Replicas" selling for up to 100 bucks and the non gold replicas for 25-50 bucks.

  • I wouldn't buy the coin either , and I know the value of gold.. the thing is I wouldn't part with $50 because some stranger told me he had a real gold coin for $50. Tell what I ight do though, get a friend with a camera to help me sell fake gold coins to morons like Adam..I mean if all it takes is a camera man to convince people something is real hehhee...

  • He was trying to sell it California . Thiers abunch of idiots that live in California, you cant expect any thing smart from the vast majority of them . If you give a negitive comment to the video your probably an idiot from California .

  • Comment removed

  • I can not belive it!!!!

  • Though I know the value of gold, I don't have any way of verifying the fact that is is solid gold on the street. As someone who has taken risks before, I would be hesitant to give $50 to some guy on the street who claims to be holding 1 oz of pure gold. What's in it for him? Is it stolen? It is even real, or is it gold coated lead?

The fact remains that if it's too good to be true, it probably is. The idiot making this particular video is a moron who would make a great mark to a con artist.

  • yea, and what happens if you go to a local coin dealer to sell it and it's counterfeit....who is the retard then

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA - Mark Dice was proving how flipping retarded everyone is. I love the video where everyone except 1 signed a petition admitting they were morons.

  • America should go down FAST !!!

  • You sir...are the idiot... (and why is your webcam all jacked).

Picture this...since you own a computer, you have an idea on what they run. I have a laptop here I will sell you for $100...Now, you being a smart guy know laptops cost 5x that, it is a great deal. And don't forget, you are also buying it from some crazy dude with a camera on the streets of Cali. You are seriously going to pull the trigger on that?

  • This video is awesome! Watching a guy who cant spell or synchronize sound calling others "Idiots" is priceless!! Way to go!

  • it could have been foil covered chocolate.

you would have refused it too.

  • Good video man

  • why the FUCK would anyone buy a coin for 50$ from a stranger. If that was the case anyone can get a camera man and a mic and go around collecting 50$ from everyone. Your and idiot getting sucked in to all this anti-american,illuminati bull shit, stop it, its old and boring.

  • @Curtains1337 .... exactly see my postings I have here, The coin is presented in such a suspicious manner only an idiot would get involved in something so seedy. That would be like someone standing on the street with a big diamond ring trying to sell it. How do we know under what circumstances it was obtained or if it's real. yes, the usa has its problems but its still the country that the poor and down troden masses flock to for "a better life"....AND WE TAKE THEM IN either legally or otherwise

  • I lose this, I love this so much. Intelligence is always the matter of the conversation. Mark Dice and this asshole talk SO much shit about other people's intelligence when they are so blind to essential wisdom that would entail a gold deal on the street. Stop caring about other people's intelligence, it brings you farther away from truth for the simple fact that you will miss what is really happening in front of your eyes every time by making it a matter of something that nobody can even define

  • Brilliant Awsome responce.

  • @adamdimora You spelled response wrong after criticizing the American population of being stupid. Oh the irony.. Please google the Dunning-Kruger Effect wiki page and honestly consider that this effect is something you are suffering from.

  • I have a friend that was approached by a stranger offering to sell silver dollars. At a crazy low price he bought them and they were all fakes. $50 is a lot of money to pay for a fake gold coin. I know coins and I would know if it was real and would pay in a heartbeat but. Most people like my friend don't know and its a gamble for $50.

  • Your the idiot here for going out of your way to make a youtube video about how dumb everyone is when you dont even understand why nobody wanted to buy the coin. If a sketchy guy with a microphone and a weird shirt comes up to me holding a microphone and begging me to buy his gold coin I would tell him to fuck off because its either stolen fake or something else, why would someone on the street try to sell it for just $50 if its legit.

  • Comment removed

  • screw the trust issue. i would take it anyway. and be shot with the consequences. 1oz AU at $50 in any currency is mean. i deal in silver. but i would take the offer strait way.... the international public are ignorant to the value of anything. i actually tried this with silver minted in my own country no one would accept face value of $5 as a exchange. flipping idiots. this world is going down with how people think these days.

  • it was our genes responsible for your intellegence and wisdom those people in no way represent the american masses or else america would not been the country it is today they are just people wihout any knowledge whatsoever most of them dont care what goes around them leave them to thier fate and you concentrate on your life such dumbheads are all over the globe and there is no remedy so we should get one with out lifes

  • Ok there was some entertainment as i was checking my gold coins i stumbeled on this vedio one word SHOCKED at those people they seem to be unreal i mean i cannot belive it some said 1.5USD and others 17usd,25usd hahaha in the guess the price contest speaking about the previous vedio all your anger is rightly justified and yes your very pissed off but please dont blame your self they say god made all men equal but thats not true he simply could not

  • Have you ever considered that maybe because people know the value that gold holds is the reason why they would be skeptical I mean no one knows the exact dollar amount but I know it's worth more than $50.

  • Really, I would've gotten that, but I would need SOME authentication...... Thumbs up if u agree.

  • I agree, I would have STOLEN 50 dollars to buy that coin !

Because I am aware of the value of Gold,

and the NON value of paper !

  • I thinking people so skeptical ...probably thought it was fake...alot fakes of those coins too

  • ok , im slavic and i know bullshit like that , gypsies stand on the side of the road and stop cars , they say they need money for gas and all they have to offer is some gold jewelry. people would say : hey thats a steal , hes in need so im getting a good price. SORRY! its fake gold. I would tell mark if he talked to me to follow me to the nearest pawn shop so i can check iif its even real. now those people on the video are plain idiots , possible they were suspicious tho

  • I agree people think they are going to get scammed on live TV making themselves look like a jackass, but true they also probably don't know the real value of gold

  • If I tell you that I have a gold coin that is worth $1100, but I'll sell it to you for $50, that does not mean that I actually have a gold coin? No, that is the point. If he set up a game where you paid $5 to roll a die and if the roll was "7" the prize was the coin, he would have plenty of takers. He is making a value proposition that is BTW one of the oldest scams in the world. Regardless of weather it was a good deal or not, err on the side of caution is a good policy in this situation.

  • damn i must have been illiterate cuse i wouln't take the coin either

  • MAny people on the street pretetnd they are selling GOLD watches and what not ...

plus many 90% of the people in USA think Dollar is money ...

    hahahah

  • It could have easily have been a scam. It has nothing to do with being an American. All humans are suspicious of people they don't know or trust. If someone came up to you and presented a deal that was to good to be true you'd be suspicious as well. It's not a matter of people being monetarily illiterate but of them being suspicious. Yes, there were some people who didn't know the price of gold but many were simply suspicious.

  • the water and the food is absorbed through skin and ingested and is toxic, with dumb juice and salt peter.

  • amen to that, sorry to say that but it appears most americans arent that bright...

  • you are right. the fed is betting on persons ignorance. This is why the biggest money heist in history is about to take place. Those who are financially literate will be in a better position.

  • now try trading that coin for lunch after a major disaster.

  • Yeah so you just told us what was in the tittle good job

  • It has nothing to do with being American you idiot. I am a precious metals investor....for 40 years... and I would not buy it either because the situation in which it is presented is suspicious and not rational. In my life I have been offered stuff from people off the street.....forget it...I don't buy items off the street......either it's stolen or bogus......and i'd bet if someone DID take him up on his offer he would refuse to go through with it

  • Ya the guy stole the coin and is dumb enough to have a pro media cameraman recodring the whole thing. Watch the context of the video, many of them didnt even know what gold was worth. This is really the point. You may be an investor and you are one of the few that doesnt have you head up your ---

  • @adamdimora uhm you just spoke about how stupid people are yet you say that for the guy trying to sell the gold to be dumb enough to do something like this after stealing it is far fetched you prove only that you contradicted your already retarded statement. you are a fucking idiot don't try to call others illiterate when you yourself I'm certain wouldn't buy something like ohhh lets say a couple of my collectors baseball cards which are worth thousands each.

  • @adamdimora basically if you don't know the price of what's being offered, don't invest.

  • @adamdimora Your a dumbass i bet you never knew how much it was worth either, you read the price off the title and thats why your calling people that didnt know illeterate, how would they know ohw pure it is? What if idk there just not fucking intrested. And to know how much that would be worth youd have to be paying attention to gold and who does that inless there intrested? its not common knowledge i bet i could bring up a subject that could dumbfound you to....

    and oh yea

    MARK DICE IS A DOUCHE

  • @ethioman10 Look you stupid fuck It should be common knowledge to anyone with a brain. That every country's mint produces a gold one ounce coin and it is stamped with the purity rating .999 %. In the us and Canada they are also stamped with a monetary value of 50$ I'm sure other country's have a value in there currency stamped on there's also. It really bums me out to see the average persons wallmart shopping IQ

  • @inkey2 he was even trying to give it for free if you can answer a question, or for a cup of coffee. Stolen coin? Are you kidding me? How would the Police be able to tell if this is THE coin, some guy claims has been stolen from him? It's not some ultra rare coin. Even if it ends up in a PAWN shop, noone has the right to come and claim it. It's not inscribed, or signed. Anyway, most people insure their gold.

  • @creepyandweird9 : you missed the point of what I said.....I like many people....do not buy "anything" off the street.....ever

  • @inkey2 Totally agree with you. This video response guy, adamdimora, is the one completely missing the REAL POINT and observation here because he's too caught up on the gold has more value than paper. Duh, we all know gold is worth more. The way the video is presented, however, is absolutely pointless. All it shows is people do not trust strangers. I doubt you would just fork over cash immediately if some dude said it's real gold coin without verifying it. Seriously, look at the entire picture.

  • @inkey2 You seem a little emotional there buddy ... are you sure your understand the example he was making. It's like asking people at random who the Vice President is, and they say they don't know ... it's about being totally clueless

  • @Guitarlots yes but asking about a vice president has nothing to do with someone trying to give you a very valuable item on a street corner under very suspicious circumstances. The reason I was so pissed at this guy was because he somehow was trying to say that Americans were stupid about this gold coin when in fact it is all about street smarts and caution. I don't care if someone offers me the brooklyn bridge, or a new car "off a street corner", I don't respond to any offer thats not rational.

  • @inkey2 Inkey wake up,yes it does, people are ignorant at times cus they dont know the value of the coins, and are not educated,i'm an american and edecated, people on the street that aske probably went to school but ae dumb....King Arnold.

  • @Mr123456King well, what proof do you have that any european middle or working class person would know the value either.

  • @Mr123456King well based on how you write i guess it proves that americans are ignorant...you use the words "cus" , "edecated", "aske" & "ae"....yeah....if everyone writes like you we are definately idiots

  • @inkey2 bull shit, your a fucking retard

  • @e01zaa what are you talking about? Elaborate

  • @inkey2 If your were dealing in precious metals or coins for that long you would be able to tell if it was bogus. What and idiot you are.

  • @inkey2 EXACTLY

  • People also have to understand he was also trying to give the coin away for FREE....and they still wouldn't take it lol. All these people had to do was take him and the coin to a coin shop and get it checked out before they paid him or took the coin from him. It just shows our educational level behind our own money.

  • @MrCashAtHand : yeah....but was the guy who is selling the coin willing to travel how many miles it would take to get to a coin shop to verify it.? This is just like someone offering you a Rolex for 50 bucks on the street......you would not be suspicious?

  • @inkey2 We don't know if he was willing to travel anywhere because NOBODY asked him lol. That's why I said people could have just got it checked out before giving the guy any money, he would have agreed because the coin was real anyway. The coin shop was right around the corner....he did a video about it. People today are just TOO paranoid, like I said he was giving it away for FREE not just for $50. It sounds like you might have been one of those people he stopped, SO defensive lol!

  • @MrCashAtHand : ill tell you why I am so defensive....I am sick and tired of this self hatred by American citizens. It's one thing if ingrate foreigners do it but for so many Americans to ridicule their own people and country on a constant basis is just sickening. The Amount of money this country has "given away" (regardless of the reasons) to other nations is staggering, the amount of debt we forgave Europe after the 2nd world war would be hundreds of billions in todays money,

  • i would have bought it

  • if someone try to sell u a rolex watch for $50 in the street ,would u buy it ?? of course not,,,because 99.999% its fake,,,if someone offer me a gold coin for $50 I will not buy it,since I cant tell its real or not just by looking at it..

  • @sniper4usmc : lol thats funny....I used the exact analagy

  • Yea but the point is they didnt believe him or then that the gold coin was 100% gold. If i were them i would have told hime to fukc off too.

  • Yes, most people would be skeptical of someone asking them on the street to buy gold. However, if anyone really realized that gold is potentially worth $1100 then they would ask him to go somewhere and have its authenticity tested and then pay him for it. At least that is what I would have done.

  • Big Ups man. Checkout the comments on the video. Some people are just way too dumb to know whats really going on. lol.

  • Bullshit! A coil collector will not pay full price even if it WAS worth that much. If you think you are so fucking smart get proof and show a receipt. Looking at your channel you look like a scam artist too.

  • Let me tell you something i have been investing in gold and silver for years, and if you do have a good local coin dealer he will give you just under spot for it usually. IF not ive sold tons of coins right from the craigslist. IF you can sell gold or silver at spot to anyone, that is a great deal. I dont need to provide you with receipts, just get in the game and you experiance it for yourself.

  • @adamdimora Oh boy you also spelled experience wrong too... You shouldn't be allowed to have an opinion let alone the right to vote. I am 15 and I assure I am smarter than you. That is pathetic...

  • @colinrocks636 Incredible. Only 15 and already a self-righteous jackass!! :O

  • @Derail07 Derail07 thinks that the price is dictated by the coin collectors and my answer to that is: You ignorant servile scum; the coin is worth that much because is made of gold (usually 99.99% pure) the price in the world market is (or was) at that time $1100 now is about $1200.

  • The coin itself has no value, the value is in the metal is made of. Of course no collector or precious metal dealer would have paid $1100 for the coin but they could have easily paid $1000 (they need margin to make a profit). And I do agree that many people could have passed on the offer because it seemed suspicious.

PS. English is my second language so please forgive any misspelling.

  • @Derail07 lol, you sir, are retarded to the max. I hope the 8 months from the time you posted this comment you have unretarded yourself.

  • @Derail07 , coin dealers will rip you off. I'm selling my crap to these jack offs that think the United States is going to end tomorrow. These are old, white, crusty fucking baby boomers that think their little silver coins are going to save them from Armageddon, with Mad Max in the streets, and when Jesus "comes", I hope he slaps these stupid bastards for being so retarded about housing and gold coins. I say fuck em!

  • @ohio1998 - Hahaha AMEN!!

  • @Derail07 , Free Silver Eagles? If they are "free" then why are they so precious?

  • P. assing

    O. ver

    O. pportunities

    R. epeatedly

  • your right bout what you said,it is sad people are so ignorant!

  • "Everyone that thinks that was a stupid video, haha, man you are alliterate". If anyones stupid it's you asshole.

  • lol. hey well you know what? it might be a good thing that all these people are too stupid to recognize what is happening. that just means less competition for me. so that i can continue to buy silver for chump change lol.

  • Ignorance of the general public isn't the whole story. Even people who understand money and gold would be hesitant of some stranger coming up on the street and offering something for a tiny percentage of it's worth. It's like a guy opening his coat on the street and offering a Rolex watch for $50.....same story.

  • Seriously? It's about trust, not everyone out there can tell what is real gold, i've never even touched real gold, that doesn't make me stupid, so would you really expect me to just believe the random man that its real? if you could prove it to me I'd be sold in a heart beat. but I'm not a professional at testing gold so im not going to take that chance

  • what is even sadder is that you think people should be stupid enough to buy a fake trinket off a stranger on the street. someone should have called the police.

  • a typical german response

  • That coin was obviously FAKE, or counterfeit at best. Someone should have called the police and reported him.

  • Absolutely. There are so many stupid people out there it's literally unbelievable. I bought have bought that coin so damn fast. It's crazy that Americans don't even know what an ounce of gold is worth.

  • @Trident912 : has nothing to do with being american.....it has to do with the suspicious manor in which it was offered

  • I agree with you, I invest and collect gold coins all the time, I know my gold. I read the charts almost 3 times a week, If someone was trying to sell me a 1oz coin, I would do anyting to get it

  • but thats you, not everyone is a professional, it's not just common knowledge to tell what reals gold and not

  • @blaine369 yeh i guess your rihgt, buut stil most people should know whats gold worth

  • @blaine369 No disrespect, but you do not need to be a professional.

  • People really need to realize that the US government's terrible economic policies have the potential to drive the economy into the ground and destroy the value of the dollar. One of the only reasons the government's massive debt and spending hasn't killed the dollar is because the dollar is the world's reserve currency. Oil has to be paid for in US dollars if it comes through OPEC. OPEC is considering dropping the dollar and if that happens the value of the dollar will plummet.

  • @Kashmir2000is None taken, but It's still not just common knowledge for everyone to right off hand tell what is real gold, some may know, and some don't

  • easy now....those particular americans were fucking ignorant, yes. dont go calling all of america stupid my friend.

  • @whydtheytakemyname if the shoe fits wear it slave yes the sheeple are ignorant lol

  • hey man i think your being a bit harsh...i likely wouldent buy a gold colored coin from some random dude either....if something sounds to good to be true it likely is...even if i was current with the gold exchange. Lighten up eh.

  • You know why we're so stupid about gold and real assets here in America? It's the god damn media that makes us so damn stupid. We entertain ourselves with ipods, tv shows, movies, liquor, drugs, and other stupid useless shit. We need to do our research and WAKE UP the FUCK UP.

  • @armani13181

Youtube is a media device used by the NWO to control us. Better get off of here too.

  • Most people are clueless. They would not know a gold coin from that stupid gold clad coin they try to sell for $19.95.

  • preach it. I bet they know all about tiger woods though. the matrix brainwashing is working well. wake up people..end the fed

  • At one point he has offered that coin for a cup of coffee

I would think someone would have at least gone with him to a coin shop.

  • im not retarded but honestly i was in the dark as to what gold was worth, i had no idea , actually i thought 50 bucks was too high

  • all anyone would have to do if they actually knew the spot value of gold and did were not sure if Mark was ripping them off..would be to go with Mark to a coin dealer and have the dealer verify the coin. The people did not know the value of gold..pure and simple

  • Dice did it for attention for his book, - but he made an idiot of himself by belittling people who had better things to do than jump through his hoops. -Who in their right mind would be giving $1000 away in the street? It looked like a set up. It was.

It backfired on DIC not the people.

People came off looking good that they are NOT money-grubbing materialists.

  • Too good to be true, it could be a fake.

  • Hold one in your hand and believe me you know.

  • Are you a fucking idiot adam? Theres no point in this video at all, you just explained that guys video which surprise surprise, was pretty obvious.

its not people dont know the amount its worth, its to do with trust.

if this man came up to you you wouldnt trust him, but i bet that if you were in a coin shop and this man was working there and he said the same words, people would buy it. So dont go spraying your bullshit words around youtube before considering everyones opinion.

  • Im an American, and am entitled to my opinion. The "CONTEXT" of the video was clear. Most people dont have a clue when it comes to money or the value of it. Yes ill give you the reasoning about the "Trust" issue, its a valid point. However I think your reply was very narrow minded and immature. I know for a fact that many people dont know what 1 ounce of gold is worth. The last 6 months i have made it a point to ask mostly everyone i come in contact with if they know who Bernanke is, Most Dont!!

  • @adamdimora I understand your point and that is true a lot don't but you can't call them dumb. Not EVERY American knows EVERY thing. Just because they don't know makes them stupid. For example lets say I know C++ Computer Coding and you didn't, I would not call you an idiot because you have no idea. I would simply understand that you aren't a "know-it-all". Also trust plays a HUGE! role when it comes to someone trying to sell a "GOLD" coin on the streets.. you can't trust everyone and anyone. :)

  • @adamdimora : i agree with the others.....it is simply a matter of trust. I don't buy stuff off the street no matter what it is because the potential for it to be fake or stolen is very high

  • LOL, don't you know that gold from Canada is worth less?!?!?!

    *sarcasm*

  • Man I thought the exact same thing as you.

I can't believe how clueless people can be.

  • Dude shut the fuck up, there are plenty of reasons why people didn't pay attention that guy. I'm also certain that many took on the offer but sadly didn't make the video.

  • The second video he did ,where you had to guess within 25% of the value and he would give it to you for free. Most people had no clue whatsoever the value of gold. However I can understand not wanting to buy a coin off the street.Had it turned out to be only gold plated or some othe cheap imitation you same people would be calling those people retards also.

  • I think the people just didn't trust buying a gold coin from a man on the sidewalk. I havea few of those same coins, but if he came up to me I am sure i would not buy it from him, because i would be thinking how fucking retarded is this guy that he has a $11000 coin that he is trying to sell for $50 fiat bucks so that he can buy something at starbucks, when he could easily go to any coin shop and get full value!!!!

  • if some cracked out over enthusiastic guy came up to me on the street i would be hesitant about buying something from him too

  • Its not so much about the value of the gold, but if they trusted the guy selling it to them. Dice could be selling them a lead coin painted gold for all they know. If something sounds too good to be true, it usaully is. Pretty harsh to call people retards. You'd have to know thier reason for saying no. It might not be that they didnt think it was a good deal, but that they didnt trsut the seller!

  • Well they were pretty retarded. They thought gold was going for $1/oz.
