Legally I think unless you are a partner with youtube, if you upload to youtube they have ownership over the clip.... I think. It must be complicated. But I just asked a friend after I made the comment and we're sure it was on tv on channel 4. We can't remember the program though, sorry.

what i meant is, the tv channel would ideally have to check with the recording artist and/or his label to get permission to show it... but i guess there is some rule bending going on at channel 4. lol.
