This is just... awful. I know the GaGa fans will downvote this and get all butthurt, but this is not good at all.
The "vibrato" is overdone. The over-emphasis on the "wh" in the word "white" is so fake and forced, There was no need for the "uh oh uh oh uh oh" or to repeated the word "white" over and over again.
Then she feels the need to "break it down" for us because she thinks the song is too short... and then comes up with an unoriginal, non-realistic second verse that does'nt fit at all.
@WGSXFrank Everyone is allowed to put their own personal spin on things. This isn't my favorite way for her voice be but it was live as well I won't complain. It's cool that you don't like it but just because you don't doesn't mean that it's bad. It isn't perfect but it isn't terrible either. She always talks during her performances if she changes words or adds another verse. It's just her thing. Her added verse just seems to hearken back to Frosty the Snowman. Which does go with the snow theme

So she didn't use the perfect pitch for this song, I don't see the huge issue. When you're a popular musician, your music shouldn't "sound a bit weird". It should sound good. That's my point.

Based on the song she's singing it sounds a little off not in the sense that she sounds bad but in the sense that she should have picked a better pitch for this particular rendition. This is one performance out of hundreds. Making a not so perfect call on pitch every now and then doesn't prove any lack of talent, she just didn't make the most desirable call this time. It happens. With that said, even though it could be better it isn't bad either.

Then you are insanley stupid she can infact sing live and auto tune has made peoples perseption of a good singer distorted do your music research and compare it to most modern musicians her vocals are actually far superior to most

She needs to stick to her dance/club music. She sounds good there. But she needs to get away from the classics, stop with the jazz, and leave the country alone. It's all awful.
@WGSXFrank Well, that's interesting. I love Gaga's singing mostly BECAUSE of the vibrato. As a violinist, I love that she uses a lot of it while singing. very appealing to me. She makes her voice more old-timey and rich-You can tell she's a complete romantic (relishes "cheesiness"). The uh-ohs and the "white"s were not 'faked and forced' (or whatever you mean by that) at all but instead passionate and theatrical- although I must say I despised the ending. Hated the stupid, tiny vocal runs.
@WGSXFrank and lol she adds her own verse about a crying snowman and talks through the verses. She's not taking herself as seriously as you think (thanksgiving special for god's sake!) Like I said before, this ties heavily into her obsession with romantacism. the performance is all about personality....
