I love these scenes only because it completely justifies Excel's behavior for the rest of the series. After all, starting with episode one, she's effectively left without a conscience.

No it isn't - both Good and Bad Excel say something along the lines of イルパラツゾ - iruparatsuzo, which is far closer to Ilparatzo than Ilzapo.
