1st dont get to much air or you will land on your head and back like this dude

2nd its called a tuck not rolling into a ball ( TUCK your legs into your abs and the will follow round

3rd extend legs out once you are around this will aid the ability to land feet first thus less injury and also tidiness as landing on your head of back is very untidy

4th if you can do it from the side of the pool go try it on the grass or sand next you will land on your feet just COMMIT

@TheBrick534 well when I first did a front flip, I actually got it. My friend said you basically dip your head after you jump but your probably putting all your weight somewhere else before you end the flip. You don't even have to tuck to do a front. Just keep your head down until you're in a standing position before/during going through the water.

When jumping off af diving board, do NEVER jump straight up in the air, always jump out to the pool when making the backflip. I can be dangerous to land on the diving board with your head. But yeah cool video. And a very nice house to hehe. :D
