I'm 14 and i do this like a pro it is really effective.

45s of Original Crunches 45s of Knee to elbow(right) 45s of Knee to elbow (left) 45s of Legs up& touch ankels 45s of Knees to Chest 45s of Right Side Crunch 45s or Left Side Crunch 45s of Push Throughs 45s of Leg Pushes(kicking up when up) 45s of Alternating Knees to Elbows 30s of Curls 3 to 4 times a week and your good. Maybe for 4-5 weeks(a month)

@GotiMosi you should only stick to one or you wont see results trust me ive been there. do it 5 times a week and rest the weekends thats what i did and now i have a six pack:)
@TheJimreaper13 it depends on how much bodyfat you have and on some other things. it took me about 1 month to get visible results, but i did have i "light" sixpsck before.

I've been doing this for 2 weeks and I've seen some pretty good differences. Not very much though because I already had a six pack and although it would only show when i flex it, it now is fairly visable without flexing. I'm not sure that if i continue to do this if it will make it stay flexed without me well....flexing it, but ill let you guy know in time. Its pretty fun though! :)

Great presentation. Is there any value to following the order in which you've given? I find the leg raises the most difficult, and I would want to do them first. Would that be okay, at least for starters? And I thought the abs can be worked every day: yes or no?
@wordtech dude just do it to the plan they give you. but if your new to it just remember go at your own pace coz you dont want to be injured especially on your back! but yeah just keep to the plan go at your own pace and you should be fine.
This workout shouldn't be done daily, you have to rest your abs. If you don't rest them you will over-train them and they will not get ripped. I recommend doing this workout 3 or 4 times a week.
@acuna95 very true- the muscles need days of rest between being worked, as this is when the muscles are growing! I recommend doing this every other day or 3 times a week, but also making it a 15 minute workout by repeating it once.
@acuna95 your correct but if the person whos doing this has been doing it for like 1 month put an extra day lets say i ahve been doing this 4 times a week the next month (5. week) do it 5 or if your in very good shape do it 6 days a weeek and try the lern from a local gym how to do it correct and ask this 'am i doing it correct' very very important to not hurt yourself or get bad abs :D thanks for noticeing

@lokrenzo I started this ab workout with a slight muffin top. My routine (for the past 12 wks) has been 1.) this ab workout 6 days a wk followed by 2.) 30 girl push-ups and then 3.) 25 minutes of cardio (treadmill) at 10 am everyday but Saturday. The complete session takes me roughly an hr. ( I take little breaks between each.) after the crunches and push-ups I drink 1 tbsp of cayenne pepper w/ a tbsp of lemon juice which increases my metabolism by about 15% to maximize my 25 min of cardio

U have to loose the weight first, and then start working out on muscles. So if your thin allready then do this every day and you will see reulsts within a month or 2. u may have muscles there. may even very big ones, but there won't be showing until ur body fat is under 15-12%. Until then u may have a lot of muscles but fat covering it ;)
so ur gonna have to do cardio stuff too. Or just go jogging 30mins. 3-4times a week and increase effords and stuff. It should work out then. right feeding is also important

try it out for a week then see if theres any progress. try it 2 times a day for a week. you should be close to getting a 6 pack and have good abs by then.

your not supposed to do it every single day,n u know how when u work out the next day ur kinda sore. that means ur supposed to rest for the day meaning no exercise. instead of doing it 3 times a day try doing it once for an hour. and u probably do have six pack abs but its not showing cause u need to do cardio to lose waight even if ur skinny. hope that helps.
to all the kids who think working out will stunt your growth, that is just stupid! the more muscle you have the more testosterone you will produce, which in theory, would make you BIGGER not smaller. duh. anyway these exercises are bad for someone with neck or back problems. remember if you do any exercise and find it painful STOP IMMEDIATELY! i have a broken back and no cervical curve so i have to get creative with my workouts to work around the injured areas... i still work through it anyway

@BonesDGAF021 totally untrue! weights stunt ur growth and after ur 16 its safe to start anyway! weight bearing exercises s dont stunt ur growth at all and r actually quite good for u

Question here : ) I have a lot of visceral fat and some subcutaneous fat- been doing this workout for about a week and can feel the muscles firming up underneath- will this workout burn any of the internal fat as the muscles gradually become stronger, or is my treadmill routine what does it? Simply put, what's the best way to lose the stubborn belly fat?
@ plaidnum : do both if you can. according to your age and body mass on the chart in the "fat burning zone" heart rate (your machine must have one of these charts). pushing it will give you better endurance cardiovascular sure but not burn fat as well somehow. No matter what you should do cardio 3x a week 20 min just to stay on the healthy side or take the stairs everyday :)
If your neck hurts alot, your doing them kibda wrong.

You cant spot reduce fat. And there is not enough resistance here to build much muscle.
So all this workout will do is improve the endurance. It will do nothing towards getting a six pack.

u may have muscles there. may even very big ones, but there won't be showing until ur body fat is under 15-12%. Until then u may have a lot of muscles but fat covering it ;)
so ur gonna have to do cardio stuff too. Or just go jogging 30mins. 3-4times a week and increase effords and stuff. It should work out then. right feeding is also important

try it out for a week then see if theres any progress. try it 2 times a day for a week. you should be close to getting a 6 pack and have good abs by then.

@Metalguitarist13666 nah i do this 1 and a half month corectly and not much is showing up..you need to do it more and more im doing it now 3 times a day,its hard but it speeds the process i hope so... try to do it at morning,noon,and at evening.

your not supposed to do it every single day,n u know how when u work out the next day ur kinda sore. that means ur supposed to rest for the day meaning no exercise. instead of doing it 3 times a day try doing it once for an hour. and u probably do have six pack abs but its not showing cause u need to do cardio to lose waight even if ur skinny. hope that helps.

to all the kids who think working out will stunt your growth, that is just stupid! the more muscle you have the more testosterone you will produce, which in theory, would make you BIGGER not smaller. duh. anyway these exercises are bad for someone with neck or back problems. remember if you do any exercise and find it painful STOP IMMEDIATELY! i have a broken back and no cervical curve so i have to get creative with my workouts to work around the injured areas... i still work through it anyway

@BonesDGAF021 totally untrue! weights stunt ur growth and after ur 16 its safe to start anyway! weight bearing exercises s dont stunt ur growth at all and r actually quite good for u

Question here : ) I have a lot of visceral fat and some subcutaneous fat- been doing this workout for about a week and can feel the muscles firming up underneath- will this workout burn any of the internal fat as the muscles gradually become stronger, or is my treadmill routine what does it? Simply put, what's the best way to lose the stubborn belly fat?

@ plaidnum : do both if you can. according to your age and body mass on the chart in the "fat burning zone" heart rate (your machine must have one of these charts). pushing it will give you better endurance cardiovascular sure but not burn fat as well somehow. No matter what you should do cardio 3x a week 20 min just to stay on the healthy side or take the stairs everyday :)
