  • What did this doc use to produce this a knife an d fork. oh no she looks hacked up!

  • i think the doc could've done a much better job of concealing that scar!

  • @YoBootyStinks Who cares about scars? Scars usually dissapear after a few months. The most important for the lady was to get rid of this horrible fat mass in both thighs that made her life miserable.

  • @kduros I guess SHE doesn't. Sounds like an excuse for a sloppy job. A lot of people care, that's why better surgeons are careful about concealing them. Hell, if every procedure left horrible scars like this, surgery wouldn't be as common as it is today.

  • @kduros Dear Sir, Plastic Surgeons are not Gods. Surgery without scars in not feasible!! A good Plastic Surgeon is not only this one who makes a god suture line or who conceals nicely the scars, but this one who's patients are suffering fewer complications. Scars can’t be erased with a sponge, like letters on a blackboard. There is no magic in our job. Anyway, thank u for watching my video and for your comment.

  • @YoBootyStinks Photos were taken just 20 days after operation and that's why scars look so "horrible". Scars usually fade 8-12 months after the procedure. The purpose of the operation was not solely aesthetic, since the lady had also difficulties to walk. Before surgery, we didn't promise to the lady that she was going to have nice, thin thighs without any scars. She was well informed about complications and scars after surgery that will fade after a few months.

  • @kduros I think you're well aware I was referring to the location of those jagged "frankenstein" scars. My point was, you could've done better to conceal them in her thigh crease, or really close to it. This is a sloppy job, I still feel this way no matter how many comments you leave to try and convince me this is ok. I'm sure, judging by the size of this patient, she probably didn't care at the time. But what if it were a woman that wasn't so obese that wanted to look normal after?

  • Para de comer desgraça!

  • It is a great video. The only way to remove cellulite is to know what you are fighting and how much effort you want to put into it. Have a look at this video tinyurl dot com/7z2qurz. Replace "dot" with "."

  • damn!

  • she looks just like me lol(opposite)

  • I'd tap that

  • Ouchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh;(

  • wow this sucks.. :(

  • THUNDER THIGHS

  • wow this taught me to like my thighs

  • so many ignorant comments on this video - perhaps some of you should google lipodystrophy or lipodema before you judge. People with lipodema, for example, suffer regardless of diet or exercise - in fact when the lipodema causes secondary lymphoedema, heavy exercise makes swelling worse. If you're born skinny with a great metabolism, thank your lucky stars, because some people get born with genes that don't work so well

  • What is the name of this lovely song?

  • Please don't do this...

  • Oh my sweet mother of Jesus Christ what the fuck did I just watch?

  • Ewwww, never mind, I'll keep my little bit of loose skin...

  • disgusting after and more disgusting before... One way to stop eating is to look at this video whenever you feel hungry...:-)

  • Thats discusting. Ugh take this off of utube. U should b fined $10,000 for this

  • how did i get here

  • @anncstribl it's not the fast food deary... It's u... I don't get y people do gastric or lap band when in the end it comes down to food control bcuz even if u get that procedure done u can still get fat again like that carne Wilson girl. So if in the end it's the same thing,,, y not do it the healthy way? Geez! Lazy people!

  • we can get fat without eating fast food yall. I am fat and i dont eat out at all. NO i do NOT have a thyroid issue i just love food and have no will power. it is my fault . im just sick n tired of everyone blaming fast food.

  • 5 small (small, not garbage bucket from McDonalds!!!!) meals a day and she would be in good health in 1-2 years. I am 38 year old male and i was up to 135kg of weight with 190cm of height (102kg right now)... I've tortured myself with training and lost no weight... Right now, i've taught myself to eat, not to starve myself. Less coffee, 5 meals a day and i've lost over 2kg in less than 3 weeks. No yo-yo effect, no dizzyness. Health lies in moderation, not extremes.

  • @GrendelPL congratulations sir!

  • Or you can just start off with a healthy lifestyle and not let yourself waste away and you wont have to deal with the pain and hassle and COST of being morbidly obese.

  • @MsBrooklynS Lipodystrophy is a disease and has little thing to do with healthy lifestyle.

  • @kduros uh huh...and what exactly causes Lipodystrophy?

  • @MsBrooklynS genetic predisposition

  • @MsBrooklynS LIPOSUNCTION IS FOR LAZY PEOPLE WHO DOESN'T TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES, EATING ALL SORTS OF CRAP, WHERE THE BUFFET TABLE IS THEIR DINNER PLATE, LIPOSUNCTION CONCENTRATE ONLY THE MOST PART OF YOUR BODY WHERE YOU FEEL VERY INSECURE IN PUBLIC. ... WORKING OUT MEANS EXERCISING THE ENTIRE BODY.... AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THIS SURGERY... WHY DOES PEOPLE WAIIT UNTIL SOMETHING LIKE THIS TO HAPPENED?... FROM THE MOMENT YOU START GAINING WEIGHT, IT'S TIME FOR THE GYM. AND START CHANGING YOUR DIET.

  • Now that you have taken the fat deposits in her thigh the only place for all that mcdonalds grease is to go to her heart, yay!

  • I think I'm gonna throw up..

  • @RoxysShow Why??

  • Ewwwwwwww. WTF?!

  • im noticing a huge trend towards mini-lipectomy..

  • @liposuctionthailand My opinion is "The more u do, the more impressive is the result".

  • Well...the legs look better, now to work on the rest of her. :l

  • Ew were the black stuff hair?

  • WOW! The music was just as bad as the surgery!

  • She's always going to have the surgery scars.

  • @xobernicexo I dont know. Usually, scars fade away.

  • Damn nature you scary!

  • @neilhinkle6651 lol genious xD

  • EWUUUUUUUUUUUUU

  • is it weird i like the music in this video lol

  • @jjdueck me 2 lol

  • terrible surgery terrible terrible!!!!!!!!!!

  • I think I just saw my life flash through my eyes, this is that disgusting...

  • It's like Ricky Gervais says...fat shouldn't at all be a derogatory word. The way to describe this person is FAT, why take offence? She is fat because she eats more calories than she burns off. Plus chances are no exercise at all. Try not eating so much and being a lazy shit

  • Why the fuck would you say something about them? I mean are you so alone or that low to talk about other people that way? Get a man get a lie and go see a therapist before you comment bc I have someone obese in my family and I take offense to that you fuck bumb!!!!!!!!!

  • Stfu your probably a fatass

  • Maybe if they didn't pig out all day and actually looked after themselves they wouldn't need the surgery. You know there's this new thing, it's called EXERCISE. Obese people shouldn't be able to practically kill themselves with food and then get rid of it through surgery. There are some people out there who truly need surgery. Get off your lazy ass and run or summink. and before anyone calls me lazy for sitting watching this, I just came back from a 2 hour run. And I only had to watch 4 seconds

  • well maybe people shouldnt sit on their ass all day and eat mcdonalds

  • No idea sir. Sorry but it is not my fault!!

  • okay...how did i get here and why is the video to the right about horse breeding?

  • Eww

  • ehm you're still way too fat for your own good

  • fapfapfapfapfapfap

  • That surgery looks horrible. I once saw a show on this specific type of surgery where a patient went for CORRECTIVE surgery because it was performed this way. The second doctor, peforming the CORRECTIVE surgery, explained that the incision needed to be made where the leg joins the hip, in the INNER part, closer to the bone so that the tissue won't sag.. I don't know who did this to her but it's just horrible. PLEASE research, look for referrals before you engage in these type of surgeries.

  • @RAAC60

  • @kduros Extended incisions were made close to the inguinal region as possible. Heavy nonabsorbable sutures were placed between flap and aponeurosis. Scar migration downward to the thigh is unvoidable, due to gravity and movement. Besides, scars were not of utmost importance for this middle aged woman, who's major concern was to to get rid of these horrible masses in both thighs and to walk freely.!!! . Beauty is not universal. What u might think horrible, in others eyes might look perfect!!!

  • @kduros if your the surgeon you did a beautiful job

  • Blahh wtf that dosent look normal!

  • After watching dis I wanna work out 100x'z more than I already do O_O

  • Those scars look horrid the fat looked better well done for trying tho but u had a shit surgeon

  • My EYES!!!!

  • Very true JD

  • MY EYES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Fat is very hard to get rid of! I've got down to 13-14% body fat and to maintain is hard! My friend eats 2-3 mcdonalds, kfc, etc and doesnt gain any fat...just goes to show how different bodies work.

  • Id hit that......with some help

  • The question I have is will she really change to a healthier lifestyle, or stick to what got her fat in the first place and simply come back for more surgery later. I'm sure the doctors will prefer the latter, money money moooonnney!!!

  • @Jdiggy77 Surgery was done not for the sake of money but for patient's relief. Usually, fat cannot get back again after removal. The pateint's situation has nothing to do with her lifestyle and diets habbits.

  • @kduros "Surgery was done not for the sake of money but for patient's relief." So if the patient was broke they'd have done it for free, since you're implying that the Drs care sooo much. Don't get me started on the corrupt medical community in this country. I've seen too many people I know be denied much needed medical assistance because of insurance technicalities (or lack thereof). So yeah, I don't wanna hear that crap about Drs caring. All they care about is their bank accounts.

  • EWWWWWWWW............

  • ewww omg you know your not hea.thy when your knees knees have knees

  • ewww omg

  • I can't believe people eat that much to get that fat... How can they do that to themselves?

  • WAT!!

  • Doctor's sub-expertise: Elephant LiPo

  • Sweet Jesus! How is it even possible 4 ur thighs to get THAT fat??!! O_o

  • Why am I watching this..

  • why did you eat mcdonalds!

  • Uh, was the Adult Swim music really necessary to illustrate this matter?

  • I can understand the surgery but why not lose the weight first, if she loses more weight wont it cause more sagging with the amount of celulite and stretched skin she has?

  • كس

  • their goes my lunch

  • solution: don't get fat in the first place. childhood obesity is a sign of crappy parenting, and once you're an adult and can take chargem then it's your own damn fault, why not take action and just eat right and exersise? it isn't that hard, if you have a legit food addiction it's somewhat more understandable, but if you're just lazy (which is most cases of obesity believe it or not, less than 5% of obeseity cases have to do with genetics/a disorder) just fucking get off your fat ass.

  • @seniorm21 How educated of an observation you have just so prominently disembarked upon a Youtube comment.

  • I think the scars were worth it. She can probably fit into clothes a lot better now, and only a loved one would ever see those scars, which will probably fade from purple to skin-tone eventually anyway.

  • Ewwww..that was disgisting!!..Not the way she looked before, but who want's to have those scars for the rest of their life??!?...I hope she did it only to make it easier to walk...other than that, she should have just stayed as she was...but then again, what's it my business, people can do whatever they want to their own bodies...It's just so sad how much money it takes to please people..

  • @purealba01 Surgery without scars is not possible. Usually, scars become less visible after a few months. As u mentioned, people can do whatever they want with their body, especially if they suffer and have functional problems. Besides, fat accumulation in such a degree, is concidered illness and surgery was done not solely for the lady's pleasure but to assit her to get get rid of symptoms and feel more comfortable with her body !!

  • @kduros Yes I understand..Aside from all that, scars of that degree are just as aesthetically unpleasant and cause severe itching, tenderness, pain, sleep disturbance, anxiety, depression, disruption of daily tasks, etc..So do the benefits outweigh the consequences? ..Well, I guess she thought so...Anyway, if she's happy with the outcome that's obviously all that matters.. It was simply my initial reaction to watching the video..However, the cost of something like this is still ridiculous..

  • You have to have a lot of guts to undergo this type of surgery. More power to her. People need to stop being so rude! Bunch of ignorants!

  • she still fat and nasy but now with scars!!!!

  • @cougerlvr totatlly agree its just fucking ugly

  • @cougerlvr yes u are right! but she can walk now without suffering.

  • This is disscusting (gag... Is not what I've did after seeing this 100x the amount of. Puke FACK that thing should b banned from you tube

  • i like before over after

  • @qmitch2 its just a matter of taste!!!

  • @qmitch2 haha. sick

  • @susflores I know, i know......I'm just more attracted to fat....BUT I KNOW, that sick....lol

  • Definitly, the fat excess that makes her life miserable and difficult!!

  • whats worse all the excess fat or the horrendous scars left after the operation?

  • Not to be rude but what are those dark spots beside your underwear??? -_-

  • whats the fucking problem i just jerked off to this ,,its fucking sexy as fuck

  • WTF this shouldn't even exist gtfo

  • I watched it without throwing up

  • @Krimson4Eva Thanks God u didn't

  • Jesus Christ!.....now I can't eat my rice crispy THANKS ALOT

  • To Many People Watching This Blegh! I Threw Up In Front Of My Girlfriend! BLEGH

  • try waching this without throwing up

  • @BRpantherz Why are u watching videos u dont like?

  • @kduros wait a minute, are you saying that you like this video? lol

  • I think people who are overweight should lose weight before they have these cosmetic procedures. Yes she is fat and yes she could go on a diet and loose more weight. No it isn't genetics. It is a simple equation. Energy output vs energy input. Go do the hard work before getting surgery.

  • @ItsJimJam Usually, diet can't help in cases of local fat acculumulation. Fat may dissapear from other parts of her body but not from hips and thighs. Lipodystrophy is resistant to diet and exersize.

  • Did it ever occur to you haters that the reason she is getting the surgery is so she CAN walk and excersize? Chances are she's lost lots of weight to begin with and needs some help to keep going. Imagine how her quality of life has improved... that ALONE is worth it no matter whether she loses weight or not.

  • wtf? was that real?

  • People on Youtube crack me up... They hate anyone who is not them.

  • @kduros

Sorry, but I'm gonna have to call bullshit on that. Fat accumulation of that amount has nothing to do with genetics, and everything to do with a massively sedentary lifestyle and poor eating habits. While it's true that genetics can play a part in peoples bodies, when someone is that overweight it can no longer be blamed on genetics and the blame rests solely on them and their poor choices. I have to wonder where you got your degree with that thinking. A crackerjack box?

  • where did you get yours?

  • @dharkjesus couldn't have said it better myself.

  • ужас

  • Why would anybody have anything nice to say about this?? haha she is fat and clearly the surgery or procedure didnt help with anything but make u have a nasty ugly scar for the rest of ur ugly life!! but if ur satisfied who gives a fuck what i say or anyone else says haha

  • @ApacheWarrior1977 1. i m not interested to hear something nice about lady's situation or surgery 2. The scars wont look nasty for ever. Also, who told u that the rest of her life will be miserable? 3. After surgery, the patient has been very happy and satisfied since she can now walk without difficulties.

  • @kduros maybe if she didn't eat so much and be lazy then it wouldn't have gotten that bad

  • @evilhearted01 Fat accumulation in lady's thighs has nothing to do with eating, lazyness or hormonal dicease. It is pure a genetic disturbance (lipodystrophy).

  • @kduros you spoke some wise words my friend

  • I will not forget these images for a long time

  • Надо меньшежрать....жрать надоменьше...

  • Damn, after seeing this I'll never complain about my thighs being heavy ever again.

  • iuk...

  • буксует

  • McDonalds rules xD.

  • I wonder why surgeons don't remove all the fat. There still was a huge amount of fat post-op. Leave enough for another pay day.

  • waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaacala ..........

  • I feel so sorry about those people for how much they suffering everyday when they go anywhere, Thanks god for my body and i wish that they would find a way out to loss fat or to live with it already <3

  • Why did she get this done? She should have had her stomach stapled, lost 200lbs then get her access skin cut off. What was the point? Her thighs were sagging because of all the weight.

  • hahah she's fat

  • Why couldn't she had just workout and eat correctly?

  • @makaylamf104 you're so right!

    agree with you 100%!!!

That's what i am asking myself everytime I see someone that is fat....

  • @crifei1993 Agreed!

  • @makaylamf104 Sometimes its a hormone problem. sometimes its diabetes, sometimes its thyroid problem, sometimes its hereditary.. you also got mental issues like depression and eating disorders which is usually the 20% if its the only problem. the other 80% its the combination of one and another... Im a medical student @ UF Shands and go to school at a prestige college for medical called UNF. Also im a personal Trainer.. the best advice is to research more into it if your wanting to learn more: )

  • @paradoxblaque I have a Hypothyroid. Weighed 200 pounds and lost it. I'm now 127. Yes, sometimes it is hormones and diabetes, but sometimes it is plain lazy-ness.

  • OMFG

    this is just wrong

  • @KnoxChai

i think she has sexy Hot Legs ! I have a deep sexual attraction to curvy fat women

  • please tell me the song!

  • Usually, the scare become less visible after 8 - 12 months.

  • wow, was the food she ate chemically-induced?? .. cuz that can't be natural

  • wow great job, u look amazing.

  • Obvliously losing some more weight before the surgery would have been better...

  • how much did u pay? how does it look now?

  • If guys like hips, why do girls try to get rid of them?

  • @VillainVlog

    overkill.

  • @VillainVlog because some girls dont like hips, they like to look like boys rather than women.....same reason men shave their nuts and chest...its so sexy to have hair, but men shave it to look more feminine.....stupid!!

  • great surgeon nice work!

  • whats the song sounds great

  • I had it done 1st of june and the horizontal wounds under the panty have still not entirely closed. I have to pour vast amounts of desinfectant on them 2x daily to keep infections in check. I had to spend 3 weeks close to the clinic and mostly lying on the couch because of painful, slow-healing wounds. Compared to a lipo or a breast lift (I had both, too), this is not a walk in the park. Still waiting for the results to show.

  • that looked kinda painful... did it hurt!?

  • Well all you did was had the surgeon take away pure fat...... you could have burned that shit off the normal way like i did.. You people love to throw away money and remain lazy....

  • @GodzzzSon

Unfortunately, "just loose weight" doesn't always work. First off, there are fat tissues (so-called stubborn fat) that won't just go away by dieting. I myself have tried numerous diets and excercise methods and the only place I lost weight, was my face. Secondly, you don't diet excess skin away. Excess skin like in this patient's case can also not be excercised away. Far too much. It HAD to be cut off. Plus, it's her money and her decision, so why so angry?

  • @lucymia U call that huge lump of fat skin? Do you know how thin skin is? Skin is VERY THIN... skin weighs less than a pound if weighed. So no way in hell is all of that skin. I been fat so i know what fat and skin looks like. Stop making sorry excuses for people and I was angry back then because I hate to see people living so foolishly and you wonder why you guys are in a "rescession".

  • @GodzzzSon You are an idiot. Post after you actually have LIVED a little. I doubt very seriously you have been obese and then lost it at the age of 19. But good Troll attempt.

  • @NotPaigiepoo well You're an idiot because not everyone is lazy no good loser who can't motivate themselves and push themselves to do something great without the help of T.V.

  • At least this lady had the courage to help others by showing what is possible. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything.

  • @adalagoon U are right and I agree with 100%!!
