Its called an eBow. It creates the sound by moving the strings without touching them. It does it all magnetically. They are around $70, kinda expensive. It works on only one string at a time.

Just an amazing fingerstyalist. I got the chance to see this guy at a local music store in person, and def loved seeing this again. I do hope part 3 is coming soon :).
