  • ufc needs more of this and not gay ass bjj

  • Krav MAga is an isrealy fighting technique that there anti terrosrist units use and so does there millitary. It has been proven to be the most effective combat known.

  • They say it can be used by any person of any fitness, etc... but I still have yet to see a shorter Krav Maga practitioner in demonstrations. I'd like to see the ways they get leverage and use shorter stature to an advantage.

  • just for the record every IDF soldier fighter learn krav maga in the army

This is why we are the best of the best

  • I'd call it a form of martial art because it deals with delf defense and it takes the best defense moves from other arts and implies them in the self defense.

  • krav maga seems really good, teaches practical useful techniques to make you a better fighter

  • What do you do if they get you on the ground?

  • They teach you that too. Ground work and grappling stuff.

  • @Picklesurprise1 Get the fuck up lol. They teach ground fighting techniques but with the focus of getting back up to your feet and disabling the opponent on the way if possible rather than going for locks and submissions.

  • fear factory ftw

  • Krav Maga is one of the worlds best self defenses. It is so effective so easy to learn and to remember for when you run in to trouble on the streets.

  • Krav Maga is focused around ending the fight as quickly as possible. It's mostly meant to kill, not to fight.

  • isso eh krav maga

  • nice video

  • buen video de defensa personal, good

  • Sí, muy bueno

  • whats the song? sounds like pantera?

  • nope, its Fear Factory - Body Hammer

    (Shazam rules, lol)

  • krav maga is soo good 4 defence and street

  • I was thinking I'm going to start on muay thai and BJJ but in part that's because I really want to get involved in MMA as a sport. If I ever get any trouble in real life (I'm usually quite good at avoiding it), I might pick up Krav Maga.

  • i like how when the guy has a gun to his face, his body expression makes him look like he's saying "Please don't shoot" and then a second later he's smashing that guy's face hin

  • Hey, it seems to me like lot of you guys have great angles on taking up this self-defence system^^ I am a teenage girl and I am really leaning towards taking up Krav Maga. It looks very beneficial, it seems to do more damage and krav looks like the type of fighting you would want to know when faced with a realistic situation. so, if you have any comments or stories to share on how you like it if you have started up in it, i would love to hear them. or if you have any suggestions.

  • Go for it! :D Nothing is more efficient for self defence... I'm just starting to train it now after training judo and ju jutsu for 2 years:)

  • Hey I'd definately reccommend it. It is very effective for today's world. They took the martial aspects from boxing, Muay Thai, Jui jutsu, and judo and turned it into a modern day combat system. Its like MMA except that there are no rules. Anything goes for self defense whether the assailent has a gun, a knife, or is just looking to hurt you. I can personally guarentee this system of fighting effective. If you have any questions just reply back =)

    Glad I could help.

  • do u know any good schools in ny?? or any way to find it? I heard its expensive

  • if ive never had a background doing martial arts would krav maga be hard to learn?

  • I am planning on learning krav Maga. I just want to know where it would be useful (besides randomly being attacked) I know very little about this martial art and I want to learn morea bout. Also I fear I may be too old for it. 1 more quesiton, how much time does it generaly take out of your week?

  • Sorry if I'm responding a little late, but from what I've read on the program the fitness training required for it will benefit you just as much as the fighting, which I guess you're not really going to find much use for outside of being attacked. Classes last around an hour or so. You'll probably want to go to at least 2 or 3 classes a week. Hope that helped a little. I'm hoping to start taking classes very soon.

  • is it available to the public? or is it like some special force thingy?

  • this is availible for everyone, doesn´t matter if your in the army, a police, (body)guard, or just a civilian, self-defense is useful for everyone

  • It was originally for the Israeli military, but now its making its way into the states and there are training centers all over.

  • it's available to the public

  • yep you can't go wrong with krav maga.

  • hi, i learned krav maga for 3 years when i was a kid, so i cant really say i know krav maga. but even though i forgot about 95% of the moves. i am still able to takedown people who are way stronger than me. i have basic understanding of how to minimize the damage, minimize the force that i need to use, and maximize the pain that caused to the other man. i know how to avoid situations that the enemy strength is going directly against mine (so the stronger wins).

    the training are not easy

  • Krav Maga is very effective. It's a Mixed Martia Art.

    Striking power = Muay Thai

    Speed = Kung Fu

    Submissions = BJJ

Muay Thia + Kung Fu + BJJ = Krav Maga

  • the submissions looked more like plain jujitsu because he did alot more wrist and arm takedowns and only really used his hands for the takedowns where bjj is more body and legs and uses the whole body for the takedowns

  • .... its self defense.... you try to kill people with krav maga, not verse them in competition, i wouldnt call it a martial art.

  • Sort of. You aren't trying to kill people. You're trying to prevent being killed and stay alive.

One of the principles of Krav Maga is "get the fuck out of there"

  • haha ya thats about 100 % right

i love krav maga cause its applicable to real situations as apposed to sho lin karate where u learn complicated and complex secqences excuse my spelling.

i have studied akidio krav maga and sho lin karate, and i must say krav maga is probably the best if you want be prepaired for real life scencarios

  • its more like martial... might as well drop the art to it. it was developed for street fighting and live saving tactics... where as art refers to something more like karate.. and i'm thinking when Imi Lichtenfeld came up w/ it.. he didn't derive it from muay thai kung fu or bjj.. in fact i believe he was a boxer and a wrestler prior to developing Krav Maga..

  • i would like to see them preformed against people that are not supposed to let them selves get disarmed, you know like " ok you come in at me like this and you come in at me like this, than i will do this and you will fall down, got it? ok? good lets do it"

  • it would probably not look as pretty, true, but it would with high probability look much better than "insert your martial art here".

  • hey umm they use this in the Israeli army so ummm i think those guys had a tight grip on the gun and it is very useful in a STREET fight

  • nice!!!!!

no wonder that krav maga is one of the best fight sports and material arts on the world :D

  • he made one mistake.. when the guy had the gun at his back he never looked first. you should turn your head slightly to make sure the gun is right on your back and not in the other hand and the free hand pointing on your back acting like the gun is on your back but its not.. this is hard to explain on the computer lol but basically if he turned around and the gun was not right on his back but in the other hand away and protected he would have been shot..

  • he is so fast look how fast he took the gun

  • He manhandled those two pretty well, even though its just a demonstration some of that had to hurt.

  • as much as krav maga is a wonderfully practical and highly efficient technique, it would be a serious mistake to claim that it is the only self-defense method that isn't considered a martial art. Systema, a Russian self-defense system developed by Spetsnaz (Russian Special Forces) is based on the same philosophy of practical, real-life self-defense.

  • awesome

  • Love the focus - defence from real-life situations. Its something that really can save your life.

  • krav maga is all about hand speed and reverse grapples

  • Contact in Krav Maga varies greatly. In my club it depends on which instructor you have. Some instructors don't teach sparring at all, while some drill it a lot. I've done a lot of contact sparring during my last year (Been training for a mere 2.5 years though).

Krav Maga works great for me, and incorporates a lot of logical answers on complex problems. I recommend it, but the local club might not be optimal for you. In the end, the outcome of a conflict is decided in your head

    Stay safe

  • I'm on my way to SoCal does anybody know if there are are any Krav Maga Gyms? Tango.

  • I guess it's ok, but I hope they teach more than the "one"!!! combo that he uses...do they not expect an attacker to get wise if you use the same move ten times?? These seem to be evasion techniques, so you can't really knock them out or make them run. They'll just keep coming until you die...how delightful, but I guess if people like it, it doesn't matter how flawed it may seem. ...go ahead and flame me Idc.

  • He knees a guy in the groin and lands multiple punches in his his head. If this was a real fight, the opponent would not jump up and fight again. You have a great opportunity to either run away or make sure he is unable to get up again...

  • Whats the name of the song rox?

  • It's looking a bit power ranger-ish in the beginning :-D BUT i'll have to admit that the things he does with the weapons are very nice.

  • I´m training Krav Maga for a year now and I can tell you it really isn´t a power ranger thing, it is very heavy, for example before this I have trained 3 years Muay Thai and I believe Krav Maga is the most effective sport I have ever done

  • There are no krav maga schools where I live V_V

  • a fighting style created by nation thats been at war since the dawn of time... i think its pretty trustworthy

  • Unbelievable.

  • I've been doing Krav Maga for almost 2 years (2 years in August) and I've got to say Krav Maga really does help! It especially helps your reaction time a lot.

  • Krav Maga = win :D

  • nas ruas, não é tão facil como parece!

    Ajuda sim, melhor que nada!

  • Great video, what song is this?

  • Awesome video, what song is this?

  • Fucking good vid and good music. :)

  • A spiritual Martial Art would be Aikido or Gung Fu (Kung Fu). Krav Maga is for protecting yourself if someone tries to kill or rob you in the parking lot at 3 in the morning. I am thinking about taking it. I don't know Martial Arts but my older brother knows Hapkido, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muy Thai kickboxing, American boxing, etc, and he recommends Krav Maga (although he hasn't taken it yet). He knows what he's talking about and was taught by people that knew Bruce Lee.

  • He is right. Krav Maga is not a martial art, but a self defense system. Martial art is more than just defending yourself. It has spiritual principles and philosophies.

Krav Maga is great. I love it, but it is not a true martial art.

  • Um sorry but it is not for a parking lot at three in the morning, it was developed by the Israelian military to be used in life or death battle situations. Look up their military training, then compare it to U.S. training, it's no wonder they are still around. If you want to learn how to defend yourself from 10 attackers with weapons though Krav Maga "is" for you.

  • yea i'd say that krav maga is practical because it teachs you simply to kill, mame, and over all disable your opponet so the fucker don't try to pull out a gun later and shoot you, i practice krav maga whenever I can from local instructers and I love it, its so useful if you say you practice it and another person plans on attacking you and they know what it is, i can guarentee they will think twice

  • oh so your saying k m is useful in a street fifgt?and is it best for that1

  • Try going to a lesson of krav maga, a lesson of kickboxing, a lesson of MMA and a lesson of karate and just see which one you like best.

  • I actually prefer Tae-Kwon-Do kickboxing coupled with Jiu-Jitsu.

  • Have read about Krav Maga in a martial arts book called From Lee to Li. Would like to start so can anyone recommend a good club in south London?

  • Krav is built around power, speed & intelligence. Spiritual enlightenment is not relevant. It's very similar IMHO to the Marine Corps training technique except that there's more emphasis (I think) on counter-moves. I wouldn't want to mess with an expert Marine martial artist or an Israeli expert in Krav. I am generally bad news for most people but I'm smart enough to stay away from bigger fish.

  • how long have you been training? what style do you practice? (if you don't mind me asking)

  • this is cool, but i notice that systema does the same thing in about 1/4 the time and with less energy wasted. though...russians are just fucking insane unfortunately for everyone else.

  • I just started this stuff, it's amazing

  • Just keep practicing and tell ur training partners to cool it a bit. The fact you guys spar is good as some krav places can neglegect that important element. If they are built keep moving, use your footwork to get outta the way of the punches and counter.

  • I will have practiced Krav Maga for 3 years, this August, and i am very pleased with the benefits it has given me- while i was once weak and timid, Krav has helped me to become stronger, more confident and more outgoing

  • i have learned krav maga for 3-4 when i was 5 years old- i dont really remember the moves, the grabbing and the grabbing releases, but even today i can still take down people who are way bigger and stronger than me - its gives you the knowledge to Analise the enemy move - and to understand how to minimize the damage, how to avoid it - and many times - how to use the enemy move against him.

i have learned to use the force of the enemy to hurt him - so the harder he tries - the more he will suffer

  • krav maga was born NO in Israel.... Imi Lichtenfeld (real name IMRICH LICHTENFELD ) had Slovakian parents , he born in Budapest (Hungary) but till 1940 he lived in Slovakia where he teach krav maga on the street / 1938 started 2 world war and Nacist hunted for jude ,,they had to find most effective street fight without some nice rules.. there was real live fight... and Imi start teaching...

  • What's the song?

  • first impressions on this video show me that most of this martial art is common sense, no real training is involved, am i right?

  • You wouldn't be entirely wrong to think that. KM really aims at utilizing your natural response to a threat in order to make the fastest defence.

Where the training comes in is the counter-attack that comes at the same time as (or immediately following) the defense.

The techniques are a bit more than what they seem to be here, and they're definitely not going full speed (it's hard to practice KM at 100% because it involves a LOT of groin, throat, and eye attacks).

    It's a REALLY good system.

  • The concept, if I understand it right, is that simple, instinctive techniques are more effective when under stress, as they don't require much thought to perform, and allow you to focus more on the combatants in the encounter. Awareness wins.

  • Yes, Krav maga is very much so commen sense since it utilizes human instinct and converts it into self defense. However to perform in such situations the more training you get can only improve your odds of succeeding.

  • it is mostly common sense, it was designed to be learned fast, and by anyone. The key point of krav maga though, is to use these moves under stress, aka, simple moves

  • Nope. I don't do it but from the videos I have seen it is very technical.

  • Common sense is the basis for most techniques, yes, but "no real training"?? Mind set/aggression is a big part of it, coping with adrenalin (a big factor on the street, it's beaten me twice when I was younger), and supressing "tunnel vision" which means you can stay aware of your surroundings, position yourself against multiple attackers, escape etc. Also: defense against sticks, knives - of course nothing is 100% but it gives you a GREATLY improved chance of going home safe! I trained 12 mnths.

  • Train over and over. I am a level 3 student and It is very physical.

  • Moves are based on common sense, yes. But Krav trains aggression, mindset, facing multiple attackers, a knife/gun *threat*, a knife *attack*, fighting from the ground or against a wall, escaping chokes/bearhugs/holds etc., using objects as weapons, situational awareness, de-escalation, escape, training to counteract "tunnel vision", acting under adrenalin (important in a real situation), fighting when exhausted, etc... Also builds good explosive strength and cardio (as most fighting arts do).

  • You're very close, good observation! Kav Maga isn't really an 'art' necessarily, but it can be taught like a martial art. The idea is "him or me -- and it's going to be me".

  • Instinct is a major portion of Krav Maga. The important thing is to make contact, do maximum damage, and break contact. The techniques it teaches are meant to compliment natural combat reactions. Though they really will teach you how to do disarms.

  • they call the instinctive movements RETZEV. attacking without thinking. your natural reactions.

  • you`re wrong :) just wach a Krav Maga video and you`ll see ;) for example - when you throu a punch if you stiffen your joints at the moment of impact the force of the punch will be considerably more powerfull.

  • No martial art is perfect or invulnerable. I have been doing Krav for 3 years and it is incredibly physically difficult, much more so than Hapkido, for example. I agree that luck, fighting spirit, and size/strength all contribute to who wins a fight. But if you want a hell of a workout and something that ups your odds of surviving an attack, Krav is excellent.

  • ^ Well said!

  • hiya, im considering to start training krav magra, and im wondering if you think that i should choose krav magra instead of: kickboxing, MMA or karate.

personally im leaning for krav magra, im just wondering if you could give me an example of why you are happy to have trained krav magra.

any kind of response would be greatly appreciated :).

  • It all depends on what you want to achieve. MMA or Judo is good for a competition. Krav or Karate is more for self defense. It's all in what you want. I personally practice Aikido, it's worked great for me. I did try other styles but they were way to rigid. Try more than one, at first until you get a good feel for what you like.

  • It depends what you want out of it.

Are you interested in competition fighting?,or purely self defence?

If you're interest is in competitions,do kickboxing,Karate etc.

If you want a no nonsense, brutal self defence system then Krav is the way to go.

There is no sparring as such in Krav, the idea is simply to obliterate the attacker in an extremely brutal and merciless manner.

  • well, it depends on your reson. if its for exercise the go with kickboxing or karate. if its for competing then go with MMA but if it is for self defense or just knowing how to fight in general then go with krav maga (or MMA but MMA is a sport and not intended to do as much damage as krav maga)

  • hey mrjunkie52 what martial art or fight system you choose isnt a choice of what is best to others it should be whats best to you. i did taekwondoe for 4 years and have been doing krav maga for 6 ish months and in those six ish months i feel like ive learnt more about defending myself than tkd ever taught me erm personally id say mma and krav maga would be best to do them both it would be expensive but worth it thats what im hoping to start doing. anyway hope this helped all the best dude!

  • bro, iv been doing krav for 6 lessons now, and in those 6 hours of training i have learnt so much so quickly. Its also a real great fitness workout and its a hell of alot of fun.

    I highly reccomend it ;)

  • How is the training though? I imagine there can't be any physical "sparring", right? Is there much contact in training?

  • There is sparring btw, I meant a few hours ago I was sparring at krav maga. You do wear equipment for sparring though. Krav maga means contact combat in hebrew, there is alot of contact for getting out of chokes and holds. Every first move is usually blocking at attacking at the same time, there is alot of contact. However they do alot of hitting on pads and stuff for striking. Maybe there is less contact then other kick boxing.

  • Somewhat, mostly just alternating between punching pads and holding pads, but there are occasional full contact choking or grappling defense excersises. and people with a decent amount of experience can do sparring classes.

  • There is, absolutely. But the contact is controlled. You can't properly learn the techniques without contact sparring. Most of the maneuvers mandate a partner, although shadow boxing-type practice is extremely useful for nailing individual movement technique.

Plus it's hella-fun to learn, and incredibly useful. I've only had to use it one time since I started training, but it saved my ass at a concert one night. Training and instinct took over and I was able to walk away relatively unharmed.

  • @nadagain

Yes there is actual physical sparring involved in all kinds of conditions, from street fights to bar fights. All used to teach how to use your surroundings, and the stress of limited or restricted access to space around you

  • These guys are probably at a teaching level (IKMF logo, wearing black shirts), so they'd be pretty tough. They were also pulling their strikes.

Sparring is done, it's more or less MMA style, but with 'dirty' moves allowed, as long as you pull them.

Also, groin guards are pretty much standard issue.

  • I heard some training places have full contact sparring with both opponents wearing full gear, but I'm not sure how it is generally.

  • no, that's only this, and no more contact in training. I dont think this'z very strong.

  • actually the 'training' is more like real-life demonstrations. like 'i'm gonna put my hand around your throat, what yould you do' *shows what to do* so yeah training is contact. =)

  • Oh yes there is :-) We do full contact sparring.

  • i think krav maga is more aggressive and u tend to make progress alot quicker. plus krav maga practically includes kickboxing and mma in it. its mixed with a bunch of martial arts and it has sum muy thai in it.

  • i took some krav maga class, its very intense. The thing that krav maga focuses on is self defense and a way to get away from a certain situation. Its not for the offense type, but more of a defense. Consider that before picking, I like krav maga more then the others because its situated in more modern types of encounters.

  • If your considering Krav. do it - simle as that. I just completed a 3 hour induction in Krav Maga and I'm leaving Kickboxing to take this up full time. Seriously - it's that good.

  • I've practiced KM for about 2 years now, and I absolutely love it. Like Battia said, It depends on what you want to do, But KM utilizes MANY of the techniques found in both MMA and Judo in addition to Self defence techniques like groin kicks and gun defences.

  • wut song???

  • Reminds me of Solid Snake from MGS's fighting style.

  • i wanna learn this stuff in the US army we learn Bjj but in real life im not puting anybody in a "guard" a throat punch would be more effective, lol

  • where can i learn krav maga

  • ehh...they should actually try to hurt eachother.

instead of flailing wildly letting him just show you what it looks like....i'd much rather see the krav maga master actually being attacked...by 2 and people at once WITH knives and baseball bats come out without a cut.

    Not gonna happen

Live in New York for 10 years and you learn your own martial art that actually DOES work.

  • Of course its not gonna work. Get a kali master who works with knifes every day he wont get out uncut either. No one form of defense is perfect. This is just an example of how the moves are done.

  • what? prison yard flailing? bar brawling?

please dont insinuate that some gang bullshit can stand up to an effective fighting technique.

  • the frist day i took krav maga my instructor prtended i had hurt him on acciedent. i said "sorry" he stopped pretending and told me "never say sorry, even if you break my leg"

  • he sounds like a Nice Guy:)

  • I started Krav 6 months ago... AWESOME . You learn the real thing for real life attacks .

  • where do you go to learn that stuff?

  • i'd say Krav Maga is the only REAL martial arts out there, because i've never seen another martial arts that actually deals with real life situations, most other ones are for recreation

  • Im training Krav Maga, I've trained for ½ year only but its already giving results :D

  • krav maga is very useful

its like cqc and the thing about krav maga is its not over the top

    its mainly for self defense

  • pretty cool

  • this is cool i am going to start training there

  • Krav Maga is the best martial art for you. i have been doing it for about a year already and love it

  • I think that running away is more efective, if you're fast. Just not against a fire gun. Being nice to the agressor is another tatic that can work.

  • That's actually one of the first rules in Krav - comply unless your gut tells you there are no more options. Very true, but if you're up against a wall (literally and figuratively) it's nice to have some extra ammo under your belt to help you out when shit hits the proverbial fan.

  • I still think that running away is more efective, if you're fast... Just not against a fire gun.

  • I think that running when someone is a range zero from you with a gun is not the best thing to do, especially if he have the intention to shoot you!

  • Krav Maga is a great supplement to your main fighting art.

  • Does anyone know how Krav Maga matches up against other martial arts like Muay Thai, TKD, Karate or Juditzu? I mean which one would be more effective in a real fight or even against each other? It seems like Muay Thai is the most popular martial art right now.

  • I think martial arts can't match up against each others, but "martial artists" themselves can!

KM counts more or less on fast counter-attacks and dirty tricks (something you can't do in the ring) and thus KM practioner MAY "win" (=surprise) a superior opponent. But nothing is guaranteed...

  • it's meant as survival tactics not a martial art to perform in a ring. Nut shots, eye gouges, arm breaks, ect...... are all okay when your life depends on it. That's what Krav was meant for when you have to act to save your's , or another's life.

  • Martial sports are in a ring, martial arts is exactly what it is :)

  • i personally belief that in a real fight krav maga wins...... my reason for believing this is that for the purpose for which it was developed krav maga has to work. but thats just one guy's opinion

  • In a real fight, the best fighter wins. More often than not, initiative is what determins the outcome, brute force can make up for not making the first move and technique can counter both, there is also the factor of shear luck involved. Ultimatly, any martial-artist can be defeated by a lucky blow from an untrained opponent. Krav Maga does have the "real life" element but that doesnt mean traditional martial arts are out of touch...

  • While I agree, I do think it important to make an important note that the aims of the other styles are different. Martial arts are just that, arts, with different aesthetic ends. Krav maga's end is efficiency, while others serve spiritual symbolism, and yet others seek different ends. I've trained in wtf taekwondo since I was 4 and it is more akin to a dynamic meditation. Still, I was able to perform krav maga drills with relative ease, but relied on instinct rather than rote and used my teeth.

  • no, but when 10 year experienced martial artists of both judo, aikido, and mma prefer KM then it does point to the theory that in real life KM is more "fitting" but then again, theres not allot of techniques for ground wrestling so a combination of KM and ju-jutsu would be wise...

Kali-Skari (i think it's spelled that way) is also a effective system :)

But yes, luck is a big part of fighting...

  • Krav Maga is the best form of self-defence in a real fight that threatens one or more people, not necessarily including yourself. It is similar to Wing Tsun, albeit with more instant, human-instinct based attacks

  • very similar imo :)

though obviusly alot more focus on fighting without arm contact established

  • Muay Thai is extremely popular because it also has a strong aerobic exercise component, which makes it a popular choice for gym training and general fitness.

It mainly depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking purely for self-defense, as in defending yourself from a mugger who may or may not be armed with a deadly weapon, I'd choose Krav Maga as it teaches more ways to disarm an opponent than the other styles.

If you're looking to fight professionally, consider Muay Thai or BJJ.

  • I'm a bouncer and run security for several night clubs and I can tell any of you skeptics that kata doesn't matter in Krav Maga because it is all based on your natural response to an attack... and it really does work. I've used it countless times in night club confrontations and I have taken out as many as 3 dudes in one brawl in a matter of minutes. It is very effective against the occassional idiot who claims to be an MMA or cage fighter.

  • Wow... this is some of the lulziest compliant drill BS I've seen in a while. This makes Kung Fu and Aikido demonstrations look legit... Krav Maga is good... but why is it in the west it's almost entirely absorbed by McDojoism? Good for soccer moms and cardio kickboxing gyms :(.

  • Alguém sabe o nome desta Música?

  • Not a really good demostration. They are telographing everything way to much, but dont judge the art.

    Krav Maga is very effective.

  • I go to THE KM school in the US (West Los Angeles); I luv it

  • Its like Kata practice... But when its real nothing ever really goes that way. Id definatly ask for the guys helping out to make it a bit more realistic by resisting more. This way it helps with finding out if the techniques are really effective or not. Most was effective but some I spotted seemd a bit too exagurated and opponents offered absolutly no resistance or realism. But good practice.

  • actually, that's how you train....atleast where I go to..we get choked and if you are not fast enough you can pass out...

  • i always thought this fighting style was just a way to help you kill the other guy not defend yourself

  • It can be either/or. Somtimes in defending yourself it may be necessary to kill your assailant.

  • true but i mean come on who doesnt want to?

  • for sure not. its an demonstration of the techiques..

  • whats the song

  • The song is "Body Hammer" by Fear Factory.

  • Fear Factory's awesome!

  • is he really hitting them?

  • no its a demonstration but if he was thats probally how you would react

  • He's just demonstrating what someone trained will do in that situation.
