I love this song because it's not filled with "I wish I had you back" like most break up songs are now. It's more bittersweet, lamenting, but still filled with hope for the future. I love it.

Plus, I just LOVE her voice in this. It's got a lot of old glamor feeling, but still with at touch of grittyness, which is perfect for the song. Just beautiful.

Wow. Yep, this is the song that made me stop listening in at 55% to the album on my first run-thru of it...and switch to 100%. Don't get me wrong, I was digging the album through the first seven tracks, but it was this magical #8 that woke up all the cells in my body and submitted me fully to the dance that occurs when exceptionally beautiful connected music vibes with your whole being. Nice to hear Allison's voice showcased in such a straight-forward, vulnerable way too.

The Kills are the best contemporary duo - ever! At least of the crunchy, slightly under-developed so-called "underground" scene: both have a peerless, crap-proof formula without it sounding formulaic. This is a kick-ass song. All their albums are kick-ass. On the surface all looks contrived, but who the fuck cares?! It works, it's good, it cranks and bubbles like all good music - and there's not a heck of a lot of it, even in big-band projects, which makes them all the more remarkable!
