  • 7:44 Cyborg malfunction

  • I came out as an atheist about a year ago and my boss is a preacher. It's actually kind of helpful to me. He's always giving me books on religion to read. It just fuels my fire even more.

  • Religion is not the root of all evil, as this portion actually displays. Religion just acts as a cloak which people wrap around human sentiments which exist inherently. Israel and Palestine is about faction, power, and pride. Nobody wants to be underdog, and so they wrap religion around their assertions as justification. Religion did not make people proud, fearful, or inherently wanting themselves to be more powerful than their neighbor. It just came in handy to justify these feelings.

  • i thought the jew taking pictures of the wall like it was a photo shoot was hilarious

  • I've always wished a small comet would impact in jerusalem so nobody could have it.

  • One day, I'm going to travel to Zion and get smashed with a fifth of vodka and take a piss on the Western wall.

  • @MisterJeebus While I kind of agree with you, remember that you would upset many people and even break some hearts as many people hold this wall very dear to themselves. Remember to always respect people, not the religions in any way, we don't owe them any respect but always be mindful of people. Or you're just doing an atheist crusade, hurting people along the way while preching your beliefs (true as they may be). we're the ones who have to act great because the fantatics won't :)

  • @JohanTW My beliefs don't hurt anyone. And while my statements may offend some, it is not my problem. It is how I feel. My beliefs don't condemn anyone to fiery torment or crash aircrafts into buildings or claim to own a piece of land due to divine, supernatural real estate. I respect all people; it's their ignorance and arrogance that I disrespect fervently.

  • @MisterJeebus I know they don't hurt anyone and I share them, just a heads up! :) Remember we have the moral high ground, let's not sink to their level, shall we ;)

  • @JohanTW "Getting smashed and taking a piss on the wall" isn't exactly a "belief", it's just childishness.

  • @SeedsOfHatred Agreed but he has a belief that these old things are worthy of ridicule and contempt. While I don't fully agree because I love history and I show great respect for old things (not because of religious beliefs), I can certainly see where he's coming from.

  • @JohanTW But I do understand and appreciate your concern.

  • Comment removed

  • @JohanTW When those people that "fight for the place that hold dear to them" kills each other all day long. Third party innocent people should not give a damn.

As long as those moron do not hurt innocent people, or try to drag unrelated people into that moronic bloody mess. Which they ALL do, innocent non religious people are killed in those wars, and they all try to convert innocent people into the madness.

As such your point is moot, who cares if the place hold dear to them.

  • @garytcw Not sure if you realise this but I agree with everything you just said :P It's just the last part, I do care about people's feelings and I wouldn't want to hurt anyone that way not even an enemy, not to mention that provoking those two children further would lead to more bloodshed. I don't believe we need militant or arrogant atheism because I don't think we need militant or arrogant movements at all. Politeness is the best thing to use when you disagree. But they ARE hurting innocents.

  • Tour guide: "and here is a Greek Priest guarding the tomb"..

    greek Priest: "How ya doin"

Like a fucken Mel Brooks movie! The crazy thing is, when the tour guide is trying to say 'friction' about where Jesus's cross was placed, he says 'fiction'.

  • Let's not forget the "burn a Qu'ran (or Koran) day" that some American priest was preaching. Someone forgot the "turn the other cheek" rule of Jesus.

  • @1:05,

Not really. Even when the Christian Fundamentalists take over, apostates from Christianity aren't executed. Religious freedom is still legal.

Only about 10,000 Christians in the whole US want to set up a Christian-Taliban.

  • Dawkins is not really good at debate, i thought up of much better points when he was talking to Al-Khattab. Where he sets a standard of morality and appearance of american people (women). He could have told him to prove, with evidence, the existence of his God and that he must first prove that before making assertions on how such rules should be. If the source of that standard is not real, then why consider it? Dawkins sort of looks scared sometimes, when he debates, like he gets nervous.

  • @agetro82 Are you serious? have you read any of his books?

  • @jazzyjeff1282 Not yet. Ive read Guy P Harrison and some David Mills. Just pointing out his points within the movie. Im sure within any of his books, he covers the point that i just made.

  • I love the bit of the priest on his cell phone in the Holy Sepulchre...arguing about his days off. rofl!

  • everybody draw a picture of mohammad

  • @philipperholland i did a parody demons stoning him to death and another one being gutted by the texas chainsaw masscer, i love death metal art.

  • @Wolfboy2012 keep up the good work, but to depict him picking flowers is good too. let the very act of defying this insulting and ludicrous restriction be the main focus, not violence to another man.

  • thanx for posting!

  • this documantary is straight from the devil. People dont understand that being a christian is NOT a religion, religion are made of rules. when you you have a relationship with god/jesus/holy spirit its all about love, and when God said you can't do this or that'' its only to protect you from yourself and harm, not because He is a controling God. He loves you and wants you to share a relationship with Him,.

i will not reply back to any comments on my comment, just so that you know.

  • @WickyGirl considering that you wont reply, not that it matters i would say this anyway. go fuck yourself.

  • @rreemmzzrruullee Nice language.

  • @mfitzjarrald why thank you. i thought so as well.

  • @WickyGirl You're in the wrong place for that kinda talk, dear. Politely I'll say, please, go die for your God somewhere... soon.

  • @WickyGirl You're in the wrong place for that kind of talk, dear. Politely I'll say, please, go die for your God somewhere... soon.

  • @WickyGirl

share a relationship with someone who isn't here? now that is quite delusional. Fuck Jesus

  • @WickyGirl

just another fundamentalist eh? set in your ways with no interest in hearing others out, so therefore no reply. hmmm? such a shame.

  • Atheists are allowed to form support groups but not Christians? Interesting.

  • "...to possibly fantasize about moving to Canada." <= yup, been thinking of that for quite a while... just dont have the resources to do so at the moment...

  • Most people don't understand the message. The battle of good vs evil occurs only in your mind. Jihad describe this personal struggle, and the term was hijacked by fundamentalists. The Apocalypse started but is being fought in every person conscience. We can decide to find the truth or hide. I was a non believer and found the truth. All religions are right and all are wrong. They all have wrong dogmas but they all seek for the greater truth. I found it, I suggest you do the same. God is real.

  • :( :( :( :( this embarasses me so much to be an american

  • One thing is I think that people blow the dangers of terrorism way out of proportion. I have been to Israel. Fairly peaceful. It is a relatively tiny number of people killed or injured by terrorism. Yes, even that small amount should be removed. But does it really deserve all the attention and worry it gets?

It gets attention because it is different and extreme. Thousands dying from natural diseases are normal, but a few dying from a terrorist is extreme and more scary.

  • How bout all the atheists and agnostics go start a new country founded on science with Dawkins as president. Or king.

  • @dragonfiremalus How about you go back to the dark ages and die of the plague?

  • @dragonfiremalus No, we're going to stay where we are and try to make our respective countries better by lobbying for rationalism over superstition and intolerance.

  • @lumpheadthump Ugh. My way is easier!!

  • @dragonfiremalus My way is more fun!

  • fuck israel

  • @azzwal the problem is, he doesn't

  • Fuck, i do not miss bush at all.

  • im very happy to be liberated from islam!!!! what a shame i've had to believe that filth for so long. Richard Dawkings and others like him are brilliant and determined.

  • Science flies space craft to the planets. Religion flies planes into buildings! Some say money is the root of all evil. I say it is merely one of the branches. Religion is not only the root of all evil, it's the entire tree of evil and an entire forest of evil with trees that bare nothing but poisonous rotten fruit!!! Kool Aid, anyone? Or perhaps, one may prefer to drink the poison tea with the Republicans. Nice to have choices! Eh?

  • @BigFatHeretic Long live bigfat heretics!!!!

  • @Thephyguy Thank you!

  • Lol, God was calling the Priest's cell phone. He just had to answer. Hahaha!!!

  • I don't want to die, Santa. Please, please for chirstmas, get rid of religion. :(

  • i like south park

  • Christians and muslims are the end of mankind. FUCK JESUS AND FUCK MUHAMMED WITH A PIGS DICK!!!!!

  • @Realtruth666 You do realize that there are better ways to dismiss religion, right? Caps lock and obscenities only make us look as bad as the theists.

  • laughed so hard when the priest took out his phone and demanded days off

  • I am a strong person. I don't believe in giving up but looking at shit like this, my realistic mind says we are screwed lol

  • This is why living in northern New Jersey is GOOD. :)

I still think I'd prefer Canada though.

  • I commend Dawkins patience, my blood was boiling listening to these pious fanatics.

  • The Jewish guy being interviewed here develops settlements and is a big advocate of expanding them and claims that there should be no Arabs in Judea and Samaria.

  • @antennasky Yea were fucking back cause we been fucked for far too long by religious fanatics

  • @antennasky Oh we're going to fuck you alright, fuck the superstisious bullshit right out of you until you realize that fairytale characters are for little children... FOOL!

  • Some muslims piss me off

"Soldiers of Allah" ... fuck off. without technology and science, your soldiers would be fighting with swords and shields

  • Jesus was a rebel, didn't like religion or government. But then the government hijacked it and used it to control...

  • Can someone clarify this for me, in the U.S., do they not teach evolution in schools?

  • @mojo1234567890 Not everywhere.

  • @mojo1234567890 No, they do teach it, but they teach creationism in some schools as well. It's state determined a lot of this education stuff. The problem is that they shouldn't be allowed to by law, they have a secular state so schools should not give a platform for any faith to express any faith based information as plausible. It would only be appropriate in a history or social studies class where they explore what the world's religions are, but just as belief systems, not fact etc.

  • @mojo1234567890 speaking from the perspective of someone who went through the "catholic" school system, evolution and creationism were offered as equally viable theorys

  • @mojo1234567890 no they do not. they might refer to it once or twice depending on the teacher but they are not supposed to. I go to a catholic school and they surely don't speak a word about it. It's really difficult to sit through 6+hours a day of something you dont believe in and know it is completely false.

  • religion is responsible for the loss of the most brain cells

  • I just checked Dominion Theology on Wikipedia. It is BAD, BAD.

  • this is soo true. religion teaches intolerance. adklwjaka THIS IS SOO SCARY!

  • i am currently living in a predominantly catholic country in asia,..and as expected most of their belief systems are just BULLSHIT!, how the fuck they can change the govermint if they are involving an archaic religion that has been borrowed from those colonizers in history, i mean..i cannot forget on easter last year on how bishops would have the liberty to claim that the bible is true and yet cannot xplain by science, and science cannot be trusted!, i mean wtf??! im experiencing INQUSITION!

  • @kevin080592 mmm... I love GovernMints.

  • @swingincharacter

and don't forgit catholicks! i like both governmints and catholicks, they are so made for each other, yuumm..

  • the idea of a god, heaven and hell is important to our society if it can be proven that majority of the people are functioning with the morality of a little child---"reward and punishment".

  • I disagree with the part saying if a person comes out as an Atheist will have nothing. I have seen many Atheists live a highly fulfilling life and I'm a Theist.

  • Remember the book of eli? in the movie it said that the War happen because of the bible.

  • 15 mindless fools disliked this video!

  • The Atheists of the USA are loosing their jobs at the hands of religious people?

    OK....I have an open mind:

    FACTS?

    STATISTICS?

    DOCUMENTATION?

  • @ThoughtTraveler

I am an atheist. And I agree. There might be anecdotal cases (actually, there ARE such cases) where a revealed atheist is browbeaten by a religious community and loses his or her job as a result, but I rather doubt it is a rampant problem.

We must be careful not to begin crying wolf.

  • @supowit

I think there are cases when Religious people AND Atheists are BOTH targeted and victimized by each other. It is a vicious circle of distrust, anger, and suspicion.

The Catholic Crusades, Mao's Great Proletarian Revolution, Stalin's Ukrainian Genocide, Pol Pot, Jim Jones, David Koresh, The Pope, etc. etc.

No one has a monopoly on Evil I am afraid.

BUT I do not see any atheists flying Jet Airliners into buildings so I would MUCH rather sit next to you on a plane than Abdul Akbar.

  • @ThoughtTraveler Ive seen videos of families giving their testimony of how coming out and saying they are atheist actually had their children bullied at school, parents losing their jobs and being evicted for no apparent reason. Believe it or not it does happen. Most likely not in larger urban centers because typically people are less concerned with such matters. But in less dense areas it has been known to happen. If only I could remember what news cast I saw the video on.

  • Religion is silly as shit

  • It is much more complex thing than religion vs religion. Its culture vs culture. Interest vs interest. At the stone age several trbies didnt trust each one, and killed each other, same happening right now, its not primarly because of religion.

  • (0:04) "If a person comes out in this country (USA) as an atheist, they're likely to suffer career damage, they might lose a job, they might not get a job, they might lose an opportunity for an appartement"

Are we in the 21th century?

  • "soldiers of Allah will not put up with this!"

yes, how dare people ask you to think, and reason. Oh the humanity.

  • The holiest shrine in Judaism??? I didnt think that holiness has a rating hahah

  • 5:24 mark God was calling hahahahaha

  • The way they dropped the beat at 7:13 was hot.....XD

  • i believe in goblins and fairies but no body respects me for my beliefs =(

  • Rick baker looks so sweet, like santa!

  • And I thought that religion was not a big part of society when I was a kid.

Growing up in the Western Suburbs of Sydney I did not experience much religion except on television.

Oh, how wonderful it would be to go back to the illusion that religion was only what crazy people believed in... :(

  • i wonder what his viewpoint is on eastern religion

  • @Darthlisp The same?

  • I'm half Israeli and have many family members that live in Israel. The overwhelming majority of Israelis are moderate Jews...most don't keep kosher and usually only observe the high holidays...The majority are moderate and want peace....anyways, just my observation, really good video though.

  • @IronPriest82 the problem, as I see it, is the GOVERNMENT.

  • @IronPriest82 כל הכבוד

  • the Nazism started that way too

  • @mindsetcontrol Most definitely.

  • yes religion can be truly cruel. But I don't think if there was no religion, there would be no wars. While wars are products of human thirst for power.

  • @Shaghayegh11

    there would be less war.

religion isnt tha root of all evil

religion is the root of most evil

  • We should let these religious fanatics live without any technology. Then, they will see what is more important in life.

  • @candoyja Nice. i was one of these religious freaks till the age of 34. Now I hate religion.. I am glad that people did not take your view seriously. Otherwise i may still be in that delusion.

  • @cjunk351 Way to go!!

I was a Catholic and tried to believe in man's creation God, but there was too much inconsistency in religion.

  • @candoyja i'd rather help them get to heaven, but i'll stick to burning ants and spiders so i dont get locked up.

  • @candoyja Science did much more than that, without Science, they would of been naked in forests.

  • They Are ALL the SAME!. They all worship the same god. They have vertually the same ideals. They all originate from the same places. If they can't see this. Let them Kill Themselves. Good Ridance. It's Natural Selection. Religions can kill each other and only reasonable people pass on their genes.

  • @ToudaHell Of course, but the point is that extremists are not just killing eachother. it affects everybody.

  • 0:25, no its not, because communists should be ostracised and attacked and atheists are intelligent out of the country

  • I can't believe how we are in the 21st Century and people still believe in fairy tales like religion. It amazes me how when you talk to a religious person, they believe that their specific religion is the correct one and they can never give a reasonable answer on God's their God's existence. And what's funny is that they look at you all fucked up for giving a reason on why you think religion is fake is because no actual facts can back up God's existence.

  • like if your a atheist dislike if your relgious

  • If we saw the world as Dawkins would have it - it would, in fact, resemble the world that we had 5 centuries ago - everyone would agree that there is no God, everyone would, in effect, pray to Universe/natural selection, or try to invoke the spirit of Einstein or Darwin... and everyone would get burned for doubting any of those authorities and assuming, philosophically, that there might be a creator of universe. That would be just as banned and dangerous as doubting it centuries before.

  • @rettie so you're saying that we're praying to the universe and darwin and einstein? lol why do religious people like you think that everyone prays?

if the world was as dawkins wants it , it would be perfect.

  • @selearemus

I'm saying that you do, and are hypocrites in denying. Praying isn't something you say out loud in a position in an ecclesiastical building. Not necessarily.

It comes down to the same, only you're delusional about "knowing better than that".

    I'm not religious you imbecile.

The world was as dawking wants it. In Babylon and Egypt. That's BC, so you know.

  • Dawkins offers no answer on - what would fill the gap if religion was removed.

Science couldn't do it a hundred years ago. It couldn't even in the USSR where it was so strictly enforced - churches were destroyed, secularism was preached... and the only thing it created - was a pseudo-religious ideology where Lenin was God, and all sorts of messianic cults of personality were there to fill the gap left with religion falling back.

  • He is addressing a supremely worrying question of religious intolerance and zeal.

But - so did communists, so are liberals, and so did fascists and nazis, although subversively.

  • lol hard rock cafe jerusalem

  • after watching this i am a little scared about religions.

europe is growing in atheist and it must take over america if we want to rule the world

  • @selearemus

... are you aware how much what you wrote here resembles what a German would've said and thought after watching a Nazi propaganda film?

"I am aware now that the enemies, even moderate ones, must be wiped out.

We need to rule the world, because they are evil".

  • @rettie by rule i do not mean enslave them lol

by rule i mean that the gouverment should be atheist.

  • @selearemus

Well, "us ruling the world" does kinda sound imperialist, doesn't it?

The greatest delusion in denomination is that - people can DECLARE themselves such or such - while their faith can be placed in different things.

For instance - I'm positive that among some clergy are die-hard atheists in every aspect. I'm also positive that some, if not many of the "atheists" are fundamentalists and fanatics, nonetheless.

  • @selearemus

It's because of what you THINK and DO.

A declaratively atheist government guarantees nothing beyond DECLARATIVE atheism.

They can be as sentimental, corrupt and hypocritical as everyone else, and DISGUISE it as "atheism". That is the point - Dawkins deals only with what's on the surface.

  • @rettie i dont care! i want them to invest more in science!

    +everyone atheist=more scientists.

  • @selearemus

Well, I want to walk on the moon and to have free dental, to have a model for a wife, a palace and a space station of my own... that doesn't mean that society is obligated to afford me those.

If everyone are atheists means there are more scientists - would you live in Soviet union? They sure were atheists - they were persecuted if they were religious.

Besides - are all atheists interested in comiting to science?

And - how do you explain scientists who aren't believers?

  • @rettie no , i didn't say all atheists are but i am sure that many of those who waste time in churches would be scientists.

"And - how do you explain scientists who aren't believers?"

    what? lol

"would you live in Soviet union? They sure were atheists - they were persecuted if they were religious."

soviet union atheists? i taught they are orthodox

or you talk about stalin?oh not again! he didnt kill the people because hes atheist! there are good and bad atheists and same goes for religion.

  • @selearemus

    What?

Look, man - there are institutes, academies, research labs and institutions.

People have free will, no matter how influenced.

Those that spend time in churches have all the liberty to spend time in labs.

And - what gives you the idea that those that spend time in churches can't be scientists and aren't scientists?

Do you think that the difference in time would truly make that much of a difference?

It was a typo. I meant - scientists who are believers.

  • @rettie they should not spend time in churches! its a waste of time!

and if they dont want to do anything they should take a nap or watch tv.

  • @selearemus

"would you live in Soviet union? They sure were atheists - they were persecuted if they were religious."

"soviet union atheists? i taught they are orthodox"

The fact that Russia's heritage was that of a state and a nation that was (declaratively) Christian Orthodox makes no difference.

Just the same as plenty of Russian aristocrats during Tzardom were so perverse and "liberal" that you could compare them with modern bankers and obscenely rich sloughs, which has not

  • @selearemus

sloughs, which has nothing to do with Orthodox Christianity (but they got away with it), just the same as in 19th century Russia was transforming into a tyrannical liberal capitalist state with disgustingly powerful and untouchable corporations (which, again has nothing to do with Orthodox Christianity) - when it was transformed into the Soviet Union - religion was abolished.

The only reason why it didn't declare Marxism for religion is that the whole propaganda

  • @selearemus

propaganda about "religion is the opium of the masses" of their "Glorious Leader" would become dubious.

Check how many churches and what kind of persecutions of clergy they've had.

Communism WAS an ideology that's as close to religion as they get.

Have you noticed all the statues, the portraits, the propaganda?

You can hardly find a religion that can match THAT much of brainwashing, when you take the amount of force applied to it's enforcement and the amount of

  • @rettie wow too long didn't read

my english is not perfect i don't understand all these words like :ideology

  • @selearemus

amount of force applied to it's enforcement and the amount of media material attacking a citizen's nervous system.

It was all in the name of "religion is bad" - just as you would have it.

And where did it get them? To the brink of extinction.

It's not because it takes being Christian Orthodox to survive. It's because such violence against a human mind, such wrong take on the state in which it's glorified like a living deity is just as much zealous, fundamentalist

  • @selearemus

zealous, fundamentalist and fanatical as any other theocracy.

"oh not again! he didnt kill the people because hes atheist! there are good and bad atheists and same goes for religion."

Please don't insult my intelligence and education.

if you truly believed that "the same goes for religion" - we wouldn't be having this conversation.

  • @rettie Richard Dawkins said that! you cant deny! there are good atheists and bad atheists and there are good christians and bad christians .

but the problem is that the religion makes them think that something bad is good! look at the islam fanatics.

  • @selearemus

He also said that "Darwin expands consciousness" which is a pseudo-religious hocus-pocus.

He said that "the world is anything but dull. There's real poetry in the real world. Science is the poetry of reality".

  • @selearemus

    It's the latter.

And there's nothing wrong with a man having a religious take on his calling.

But imposing it on others, assuming divine right to do so - that's something else.

He is COMPLETELY right about subjectivist teaching that everyone has their own truth being a bad indoctrination.

But he, at the same time, attacks the people that don't agree and confront this as "extremists".

  • @rettie we atheists fight for survival. religions brainwash people when they are very small and they become like you and like the other 95% of the world.

religion is like an infection- spreading.

  • @selearemus

    Are you completely insane?

You must be - since you're convincing me what I believe and think AGAINST my own words and thoughts!

Are you this close-minded and numb in your perception?

I've never read the Bible and I've spent less time in churches than Dawkins had shooting these shows!

Wake up! I'm not religious at all - I probably come from a secular environment the like you've never seen!

  • @rettie lol you believe in god so you are brainwashed

  • @selearemus

When have I ever said that?

Are you deaf, blind and mad???

    How old are you? Three?

There's more to life than childish nagging. And not EVERYTHING is a kid's game of "did not"-"are too"!

  • @rettie 14 years old.

  • @selearemus

Well I'm exactly twice as old than you are.

Man - there's more to these things than mere words and finding ways to insult the "other side". Serious things that have impact on the real world. It's more than words and a phrase you get to shout when you feel like it.

Chances are, only by living in this age, that you will easily find yourself in a lot of trouble because of agitators like this Dawkins guy. Most probably - some form of lynching and urban warfare.

  • @selearemus

I wasn't saying that religion CAN't be a catalyst for it. I was saying that you don't NEED religion to have that crap all over the place.

I don't know where you live - but I live in a country that's about to tear itself to pieces based on a division of "left" and "right". They both act as what you'd call "religious fanatics" - although they aren't divided by religion. A whole country about to be split into two groups, about to jump at each others' throat.

  • @selearemus

And guess one - one side uses Dawkins to convince them that they have a "just cause" to be bigots, although serious scientists (and I know a few) are complete opposites of what this guy's doing.

Simply put - this is serious shit. Don't take it lightly - you might easily see your surrounding and your safety seriously shaken just because of "fashionable" divisions and conflicts, such as this guy's stirring. And while the "conservatives" and "liberals" kill each other

  • @selearemus

surrounding and your safety seriously shaken just because of "fashionable" divisions and conflicts, such as this guy's stirring. And while the "conservatives" and "liberals" kill each other - most probably leaders on both sides will be in the same team, controling the conflict.

Think of it as Robin Hood and Sheriff of Nottingham teaming up against everybody else: both with their phrases, supporters - but secretly in league with each other, so they play everybody else.

  • @selearemus

Think of it as Robin Hood and Sheriff of Nottingham teaming up against everybody else: both with their phrases, supporters - but secretly in league with each other, so they play everybody else.

That's the way this world works, kid. If you ever get to dig a lot about it - I promise that that's what you'll find. It's serious shit and you would do well to take it that way. It's not about some "Reds" and "Blues" on the other side of the planet - it's about your own surrounding.

  • @selearemus

your own surrounding. That's why everyone is prodded into swallowing this stuff. It's 70% truth minimum, but there's always a hint of manipulation that's subtle, to make the viewer suggestible. I studied these things for years at my university, and I create and analyze documentaries like this one for living - so I know how they're made. There's not a single frame of any video material that hasn't been carefully thought out by some director. That's what we do.

  • @rettie remember: atheists are godless they do not pray to anything or anyone.

  • @selearemus

    Uh-huh.

Atheists like Dawkins are superstitious shamans in disguise. And Atheists like you are the people falling for petty tricks.

  • @rettie lol i'm not talking with you anymore obviously you think that atheists are socialist, communist, stalinist, marxist, facist, ss, brown shirt, gestapo, nazi, hitler, nazis

  • @selearemus

You see... I don't use those words as labels.

What I do is - analyze what their elements. There elements are interesting and tell us what they were about.

You are the one who noticed that there are similarities with zeal Dawkins is preaching with the one these types had.

I just call it for it is - fundamentalist, fanatical zeal.

And - I know not all atheists are like that. I know many.

As well as the other type.

  • @rettie what an extra ordinary claim

  • @selearemus

The only way for a religion to be pushed aside - is by replacing it with another.

    Even a pseudo-religion.

And that's a religious war, just as any other.

Even the "communist revolution" had close ties with the Vatican... it was, in part, their venture to "tame" the "heretics", under the guise of atheism.

You can hardly find a power vacuum that wasn't someone else's move to fill in the gap.

"Abolishing religion" would do just the same - create a theocracy of some other kind.

  • @rettie no ! people need to wake up! 95% of the population must know the truth not illusions!

  • @selearemus

And what truth would you offer them?

A mythological worship of geometric forms, like the one Summerians practiced, 3500 years before this era? What's new and progressive about that?

Because - that's what Dawkins preaches.

  • @rettie wtf is wrong with you people? you cant live without worshiping something? you must worship something or life is nonsense?

if thats so it must be genetic and we can remove it.

  • @rettie btw when i said take over america i ment that europe needs a superior economy

  • The muslims took over a place that was considered sacred by jews and now won't let them anywhere near it. Why does that sound familiar? (*hint* ground zero mosque).

  • the old king james bible ( i mean the big bastards they give u) burn well. so does the koran and the buddist scripts infact all books burn well. what is the god or the gods doing NOTHING cause they are not there lol

  • @BlackBird10111 I wonder how long it will be before they start making bibles out of fireproof materials so people can't burn them? lol
