That was Bobblehead Bowser, as Polas called him. It's Iggy wearing (holding?) a crappy Bowser mask. Then after that (and after Iggy takes off the mask, not shown cause Iggy's offscreen due to fireballing), Bowser actually fights you. Then, after a long, grueling battle, the magical power of all the closed doors combine to defeat Bowser. THE END :)
:-O First Bowser looses a lot of weight then gets infected with elephantiasis of the head. But once you get to the final floor, he is miraculously cured and gains the power to summon lightening at will. At this point, I would mostly likely say "WTF" but I'm afraid this time, it doesn't cut it.
Iggy only appears if Bobblehead Bowser is on one of the floors when you shut the last door. Having recently fireballed him right before doing so, he didn't show up, and I really didn't feel like doing the video over. Sorry about that. -P
