the wave is better when you follow these steps:

1: have you arms STRAIT and in line with your shoulder.

2: lift your knuckles up while keeping your finger tips in place.

3: the height your knuckles go is going to be a line that goes parallel with your arms.

4: try and keep your fingers parallel with the imaginary line and then switch to your wrist.

5 then put your wrist back ,and at the same time, lift your elbow up to the line

6: pop up your shoulder, and reverse this on your other arm
