Not true!.. sure, it is not hard to change gear, because all you have to do is just tap the paddle and aits there... the trick is when to shift gear!.. If you change into higher gear early in the rpm rate you significantly lose power in the next gear.. samo goes for shifting too late (or even worse because you can destroy the engine)

@blazzing4321 if you want to say its over priced then that clearly depends. however slow as balls? you're retared then. stock 414 hp rear wheel drive and when put on a track it will completely embarrass many cars not to mention there are hundreds of people who have driven that car and say it handles, sounds and goes beautifully. also 0-60 in 4.1 seconds is considerably faster than a gt500 which has almost 100 more hp.

Which is why I also know that it is the exact same 6 speed transmission as in the manual with a hydraulic system on it that activates the clutch and gear changes for you. An automatic transmission has things like torque converts and planetary gear boxes, no M3 has these items in them.

@mykulc The E9X M3s have a thing called DCT - Dual Clutch Transmition. It is a 7 speed semi-automatic/automated manual - depends what you want to call it. It is, essentially, an SMG with two clutches, but it is not an automatic as there is no slushbox/torque converter.

6.1L Hemi V8

420 HP

0-62 mph in 5.0 secs.

This is from Jeep themselves. This one is tunes rather insane if it puts out 580 hp.

And BMW

4.0L V8

420 HP

0-62 mph in 4.5 secs

On paper the BMW would win, but if they tunes the Jeep, that's why. But a 580 hp jeep is NOT stock.
