Used to watch this show every saturday and sunday morning (7am -11am iirc). Funny I don't remember these walrus/croc guys. I think I was probably just ignoring them as I waited for MASK to finally start.
THAT IS SO GREAT...I was a big fan of Fun Factory as a child. Correct me if i'm wrong but wasn't there also something with the "real human" hosts where they show how to make badges. They drew their own and then made them on a machine? If you have that one, pleeeease upload it...that would be great.
The badge making show was on The Childrens Channel (TCC). Can't remember the name of the guy that made the badges but he wasn't a presenter per se. People would write in saying they wanted a badge of (for example). a Ferrari He'd draw the design and then press into a badge.
For anyone who says they don't make tv like this anymore: yes, they do, it's called rubbish. Anyway, I am norwegian, and I remember once I had been watching for hours at the age of 7, and suddenly I felt I understood every word they said.
Serieus, voor Fun Factory kwam ik om 6 uur 's morgens al mijn bed uit, zodat ik precies om 7 uur klaarzat voor de D.J. Kat Show en dus niet speciaal voor school he, hahah!!
Same as everybody else said, waking up at 7am and switching on a really old television, watching until 11 or 12am, those we're the days ;) finally managed to collect all sorts of cartoons broadcasted by it, it was a really good program, loved it ! :)
Ahhh, yes, Saturday's it would start at 7am and last until 12am, and the repetition was broadcasted on Sunday's - I watched it starting 84, all the way up to 89, what memories, next best to it was DJ CAT on weekdays from 8 till 10, which of course, I could only enjoy on school holidays... There was simply nothing better than sky channel in those days...
Same with me - I could talk and understand English at the age of 5 and my teachers really thought I was a wonderchild, they even recorded a conversation between myself and a female teacher for proof, haha!! Even nowadays I still get compliments about my remarkable "English tongue"! :-D
oh gosh! I was a kid back then and I remember waking up at 7am to watch it! It used to air in Greece as a part of the satelite program but then stopped and eurorport took it's place! thank you for uploading! I remember sending some drawings to this show!with D.J the kat!
Because of this show i got to know M.A.S.K and Transformers. As a kid from Germany i didn´t understand one single word. But it really didn´t bother me. Watched this show every weekend. Thanks for uploading this.^^
Transformers, M.A.S.K., He-Man, Inspector Gadget...hab natürlich auch nie ein Wort verstanden (bin Jahrgang '79), aber trotzdem lief irgendwie andauernd Sky Channel bei uns Zuhause.
Auch damals geil: die DJ Cat-Show, die Sci-Fi-Serie 'Land of the Giants' usw...
Jupp, und das lustige ist ja, die Show lief Samstags und Sonntags. Wobei die Sonntagsshow eine komplette Wiederholung der Samstagsshow war. Aber das hat mich sowas von überhauptnicht gestört. Guckt man´s halt zweimal.^^
Oh my - it's like a time machine .... every saturday - fírst thing in the morning .... loved it!
