This is what I would do - $500, was it a deposit or was it rent? Deposit? Return entire $500, charge for any days after the initial signing day for a fraction of the current month. Rent? They do because of THE MONEY!. Just because people get awarded an amount doesn't mean the other litigant has it. The show PAYS for all moneys awarded so whoever wins gets CASH on the spot. In a real court even if you win you might have to wait a long time to collect if the other person doesn't even have a job.

Was half of the amount you asked for awarded to you by Judge Milian, or was it the fact that the defendant only paid you half of what you asked for? If the defendant paid you half, you could always go to her business/ employer and demand the payment. As long as you have legal documentation stating that you have been awarded that amount, her employer can give you the remaining amount by taking it out of her paycheck. Just thought you might want to know that detail. :)

make sure you have a dvd drive first of all then go into my computer and click the dvd drive icon and choose the name of the file it is saved as

You really can't just do that, even if it's a recorded DVD. It's still encoded as TS-MPEG2, which YouTube can't read. Using Handbrake will however transcode the video to something like, for example, H.264, which YouTube can read. All my videos are H.264 before going on YT.
