See Bush's executive order allowing him to take over command of the National Guard to suppress rebellion or anything else he thinks of (rule of men, not rule of law), or even order one state's National Guard to go into another state for whatever reason he wants! Even some rethuglican governors oppose this. Let's hope he doesn't use these powers before we banish rethugs from office for a generation or two. Vote Dem for freedom and our safety!
