Carol Stream Police are corrupt all they do is stereotype people driving and give tickets for nothing and tow your vehicle so they can make $500 just to release your vehicle and you still have to pay for towing fees so beware they are racist police. go to the police station they have placks for the most dui's the last few years.they get no action over there so all they do is pull people over and give bogus tickets!

I skidded out of control last winter during a blizzard in carol stream. Hit a traffic light, which crashed onto my car. The CSPD showed up in minutes (luckily there was about 3 on every corner). While I was hunched over my hood freaking out I was informed that the Street I was on was Carol Stream.. The pole wasnt.... So they took off.

Long story short, Thank you Hanover Park Police Department for calming me down, calling an ambulance, and caring in general. Owe u everything.
