serving size is 3 scoops which equals 60g of protein... you dont need that much. Just take 1 scoop (20g of protein) and eat after that. Then your 18 servings turns into 54 which is a little more than $1 per serving. That's what i do anyways. Also this protein is by far the best tasting protein i've ever had (i get the strawberry). Just my 2 cents ;)

I used this last summer and I saw results within a few days. I began last summer at 155 lbs and ended the summer at 169 lbs of straight muscle.
It upset my stomach the first few days though, but eventually my body got used to it. It taste pretty good too, but it's also a bit pricey for some people.

i've been taking amplified wheybolic extreme 60 for over the past two months and i went from 10% body fat to 6% body fat in 1 and a half months. the best part of it all is that chicks at my school always feel my six pack whenever i'm not wearing a t-shirt at gym class or at weightlifting. and i love it. i lift weights at school and my workouts are always xtremely intense. i lift heavy weight for at least 13 reps and only 10 sec. break in between each set. i do 4 sets for every muscle group.
no i dont do cardio but i'm on the football team and basketball team and we've been running a lot. i just try to sweat a lot during workouts by taking little rest or no rest in between sets. weightlifting has done most of the fat burning and i either workout at school or at my house.
Unless you're working out two or more times a day, you don't even need a protein that has 60 grams- that's not a weight gainer- so there was no reason to take that in a full dose- you need to cut that in half - it should have been 36 doses- could have changed this to 30 bucks a month! - Protein will not deliver any kind of performance - if you want to notice a difference in your strength and performance -try something called Jack3D- about 45 bucks-

Also your body won't use all 60 grams...that's a ton of protein to take at one time. and if you take it with milk thats 72 grams. 2 scoops with water should suffice and will make the tub last longer. Just my opinion. And GNC is always running deals...and get a gold card if you dont wanna pay 64 a tub.

If you do not your calorie and protein intake will be to spikey and you will constantly be losing and gaining weight, that will prevent you from gaining and maintaining muscle.

Take GNC's Mass XXX if you wanna gain weight. I take the WE60 as more of a maintanence drink to take care of my daily protein needs. Drop cardio if your metabolism is fast/you wanna gain weight. Also your body won't use all 60 grams...that's a ton of protein to take at one time. and if you take it with milk thats 72 grams. 2 scoops with water should suffice and will make the tub last longer. Just my opinion. And GNC is always running deals...and get a gold card if you dont wanna pay 64 a tub.

because you bought the wrong preotein. for someone who is lookin to gain wieght, you need a protein with more carb and more fat for energy to actually lift. you also need to take before and after wrkout, maybe at night as well. this product is a more lean protein and good for people who want to cut fat and gain muscle. you also need to see what you body fat percentage is before and after, because you may have lost fat (weight) and gained more than 4 lbs muscle. weight is more than muscle

you never said how much you worked out man. You haveee to include that when rating a product such as this. I hope you didnt just take the product without working out and expect to gain weight and get bigger...?? Try working out at least 3 times a week, focusing on different areas so you dont over work one part of the body. but the key is to BE CONSISTENT! good luck

Goals? He wanted to gain weight by drinking a drink meant for use with WORKOUT. On the package it says, and I quote from my own tub "of athletes performing an intense resistance exercise training regimen...had an increased improvement in muscle strength and muscle size". Meaning you don't see results from using the product and the product alone. My comment stands, this review blows.

This guy in the video is a lair lol. I went to GNC the other week and just came from the web site. This stuff is not nearly that high, especialy if you have the gold card or wait for they're sell day. Wheybolic is not really for gaining weight. I heard it's for muscle recovery, and to stop muscle fatigue after work outs. I'm going to get this stuff for real.

Hey whatsups guys, I use this stuff and I think it works pretty good. I only pay 25 dollars for mine I think you get your moneys worth. U say you paid 64 dollars for yours. Thats crazy, most of GNC's products are usually always on sale. Also u have to have patients your not gonna see results right away. Most importantly though u have to workout hard!! I'm currently takin their new line ampd wheybolic extreme 60 and it is working great...this shake is very low on fats and carbs so you cant depend on this shake alone if you want to gain weight....basically man you need to eat a shitload of food hah forreal thats the key to gaining weight, and who cares if you put on a percent or so of body fat cause its easy to burn off, just keep hittin it hard man, drink your shakes and eat and youll get there soon enough...

it doesnt matter how much grams of protein it SAYS it has cuz most of the time u gotta put 2 scoops or 3 even to get 50 60 grams of protein....and yes expensive protein is superior but in the long run too expensive..i used to be a body builder i was think from my stomach but HUGE from my arms and i DRANK REGULAR CHEAP protein! 80 scoops for 29.99$ nad 1 scoop=23 grams...it may not been high tech but its worth it..add it up! its actually a rlly good price for 80 scoops! i bought it at sams btw.

The people in the study who gained 30% more strenght, took the protein 2 times per day for 8 weeks, you also need to take your protein 7 days a week. If you do not your calorie and protein intake will be to spikey and you will constantly be losing and gaining weight, that will prevent you from gaining and maintaining muscle.
