I wasn't impressed with these guys live, but I thinks thats because they had terrible roadies or something. The sound was awful all I couldn't hear anything because it was too loud and distorted. Does that make sense? However hearing their stuff now I really like them.

you guys don't get it the Coheed Circa Torche mix may have been one of the best concerts i've been to. Coheed is an amazing live group and they wanted bands that were also great live which is why Circa and Torche were on there even if the music styles were different enough to clash. All three bands were really good, Coheed is my favorite band ever but Circa and Torche definitely blew me away too.

Dove is one of my favorite albums. Floor s/t is far more melodic/pop oriented, and imo more comparible to this. This is ok, kind of Baroness vibes as well. I'm not sure where I stand with Torche in general though.

I had heard some of Torche's stuff, then saw that they were gonna be on tour with Coheed and Circa and thought that was a good opener to complete a badass lineup. So I listened to more of their stuff, got more excited. I dont know if they are just not good live, if their sound guy was on acid, or the sound in the Congress theater sucked for only them, but it was not good. But they arent trash by any means

The only thing you could make out was drums and that guitars were being played but nothing was clear or articulate. Vocals were also pretty horrid.
