It still looks puny compared to the chinese wok cookers. If you wanna go pro then get a domestic wok cooker. YOu can do it if you have the ventilation system installed. Think how quickly you woudl be able to cook with one of those babies

where did you but those woks. double eared woks are hard to get in the uk

@210482fmj it was a single handle wok, I took it to a garage and they welded an exhaust bracket to the back of the wok.
