Jeff you are the best teacher. i watched all you videos, one of the you amazing tips for 3 ways pitch as run, walk , sit help my around green up and down rate almost pro level 65-70 %.
now i am enjoy play my 5 handicap most of the time
when showing the card to someone behind me it seems like my clubface is too open, how can i have it flatter but the clubface not insanely open at the top?
hi jeff, have a question. if one has this problem, would a strong grip help? esp since the right hand is more under the club, the rotation of the right hand is almost already there before the swing starts? i have this problem and it's killing my swing. thanks for your posts. will visit AZ soon just for some lessons

hi jeff, in your other video, u mentioned how that the plane of your swing is largely determined by what the clubface is doing. in my case since the clubface is not really opening up naturally (above the waist) as i swing back and going steep and across the plane, i was wondering if i am correct to assume this can be largely attributed to my perpertual hook. thanks
This is one of the best types I've seen... I def cross the line sometimes and I have trouble visualizing the proper technique when my swing goes wrong... this worked amazing for me at the range today... great stuff

I watched this video last week, Im a scratch, best round this year was 69. I have always struggled with going across the line, never could figure out why it was happening..anyways..started working on this..not even sure what it looks like on video yet..but I shot my career round today..a 60..SIX..ZERO..unbelievable..not sure how much this had to do with it..but nonetheless..very cool tip!
Jeff,..is common once you begin to apply this teaching tip that you'd feel as thought you're contorted (Lower Bicep) at the top of the swing? I tried this with a card to feel the movement and then practiced slowly. Both ways have a twisted feeling at the top.
WOW! I tried this in front of a mirrior like u said; when I first tried, I couldn't get the motion down. When I pictured the card in my mine though, everything clicked. Now I can easily get the club back on plane consistently. Basically I was rotating my wrists the wrong way.
Thanks so much for the tip, especially since I'm sure these videos take a lot of time and effort.
I go across the line at the top and when I do this drill it solves plenty for me. I get the right sensation of "opening and closing the door." It feels like you are showing someone the card but because I'm so used to going across the line it puts me on plane. It feels like I'm laid off but on video its on plane .
Brilliant. Great teaching. I must admit I was misled by "show the card to someone behind you". I imagine this to be behind my set-up for example the wall to the left in your video. Perhaps "to the left and a little bit behind you" would be more accurate e.g. far left corner of the room you are in. Maybe you just want to exaggerate the feel. For me, when I tried this, I felt I had to go through the "stop" position rotating the right arm in the wrong direction. Please let me know if I am way off.
thanx for the tip!! im a convert of the one plane swing and thats one of my biggest problem.. also, i have the tendency to kinda over swing specially with the loner clubs.. any tips on how to control the club on top of the backswing?? thanx alot!!
Hi Jeff, thanks for posting all your videos. Your advice is most helpful to those of us with swing flaws: I myself am steep with my driver..which from your video post would mean I'm across the line. I'll try this drill..hope it works...Thanks again.
Jeff I think that your a Great coach. I have learned more from you then any teacher I have paid. Thanks for the time and effort that you have put into you videos. I wish you were in Califonia.

you appear to be weight lifter...
is it golf specific or just general fitness and has it added club head speed?
thank you,

Seems like a logical tip. I'll try this on the range tomorrow. It seems like I'm always out of position or in different positions at the top.

I've been searching quite some time for the right mental image to get the club more laid off. Thanks for a great set of videos!
