I get your point, but I kind of think you're missing the point here. There are plenty of women who don't get breast implants to be superficial or marry athlete's. The plastic surgeon, despite the idea of vanity, is supposed to improve whatever flaw a patient may or may not have, not make it worse. If she had small breasts, but with a normal shape, and then gave her breast implants that made her look deformed, I'm pretty sure that calls for consequences on Dr's part. They are DR.'s for a reason.
