  • It reminds me of the Fusion theme from Spider-Man 2.

  • No doubt, Chris Young is a talented composer, probably a genius, and I've loved his work for many years. I must say though, that the first half of this track is very much inspired by Jerry Goldsmith's Poltergeist score. No complaints there as I love the music of both. :-) Who better for a genius to be inspired by than the master genius Jerry Goldsmith.

  • @jasemunnproductions I put him on the same level as Jerry Goldsmith, R.I.P.

This music will never die, like Beethoven and Wagner.

  • The sweet...s-suffering...!

  • tiffany is fucking sexy

  • This music is magic! Pure and powerful!

It's so impressive as much as this sound even now a days make me feel brave for some how...

Motivates me to want to experience new pleasures and go forward... Time and time again...

  • I'd nail Pinhead

  • lol, I like the fact it opened two days before Christmas.

  • Your suffering will be legendary even in Hell!

  • and what was it last time? did'nt know what the box was, and yet we still keep finding each other dont we? perhaps your teasing us, are you teasing us?!!!!

  • I have to see, I have to know....

  • so eager to play, so unlockend to admit it.

  • If anything the first 3 films were the best!

  • So eager to play, so reluctant to admit it. This song gives me goosebumps, every time I hear it.

  • without words, a delight

  • This piece of music is so amazing. The one thing I love about it is the fact it has a mystical charm to it, but still has that creepy and foreboding undertone weeved within it. It's not a track that comes across as representing purely evil, it's got this sort of graceful touch. It just makes everything sound so much more magical, but in a dark way, like the calm beginning of the track is like the calm before the storm. It truly is a brilliant score to go with an awesome movie.

  • oH tHE sUfFeRiNG!

  • Hell Raiser 2 Movie and Music was much better.......I still think the Julia and Unkle Frank ...............story kicked ass!

  • Anyone else here the poltergeist in this score? Not the main theme but one of its spiritual leitmotives.

  • You have to love that this came out two days before Christmas.

  • 2:17-5:29

reminds me of discovering and obtaining the Ultimate Power then finding out its all bad news....not the kind of power you want.

  • The Nurse named her Tiffany.

  • My favourite Hellraiser movie. Without Clive this would never be possible.

  • TIME TO PLAY!TRICK US AGAIN CHILD AND YOUR SUFFERING WILL BE LEGENDARY ....EVEN IN HELL!!!!THAT'S THE PART I LOVED! TO THE GUY WHO POSTED THIS?THANK YOU .

  • WOW. Chris Young really didn't change much AT ALL for Spider-Man 2's fusion scene.

  • @jru42287 Yes, indeed, I noticed that, too! Where Doc Oc is testing his technology!

  • @wandererlain Yeah. This is actually the reason Danny Elfman walked out! Which si really a shame!

  • @jru42287 Really? Damn! I love and respect both of those artists. Darkman was probably the first movie I fell in love with as well with Danny's fantastic score.

  • @wandererlain Yeah. Elfman wrote a score for those scenes (and the train sequence), but Raimi kept telling him he wanted a score that sounded like this part, basically trying to get him to plagiarize this, and Elfman said no, he wouldn't do that. Got to the point where Danny just said "You want music that sounds like Chris Young? Then go hire f**cking Chris Young!"

  • most beautiful theme of all hellraiser sequels

  • @matoe66 Absoulutely!

  • @matoe66 I fully agree with you. I even visited the "Channard Institute" at a "sensitive" time in my life.

  • Young's best track of the two HR films he scored, which is saying quite something. Transcendant music, this track builds and builds to something quite awesome, in the truest sense of the word!

  • @Ryushinku Agreed. I always preferred the main theme from Hellbound over the original (though I do love the original).

  • Channard: "It's coming."

    Julia: "It certainly is."

    Classic scene. Classic cue.

  • Great classic soundtracks like this have given cult status to certain movies. There is another track "Headless Wizard" from the same soundtrack which is also very good.

    Thanks for posting.

  • "It is not Hands that call us. It is Desire!" Love this cue, thanks so much for posting it!

  • @Jedi862001 your welcome

  • @Jedi862001 Best line in the movie. One of them, anyway.
