@jbbros123 No its not. An Oodama Rasengan is just a big version of a Rasengan but it needs another clone to wield it. Plus an Oodama Rasengan doesn't sound like that, it doesn't look like an over-sized shuriken and it doesn't uses Nature Manipulation.

So, while creating a rasen shuriken the plants go waving around and all...but your hair stays perfectly in place? What kind of hairgell do you use? Also, the left clone isn't made very neat...you can see empty spaces around its hands when it moves it hands...
