  • Thanks. I just found your video on the jaw puller. Great work on your videos!

  • @jackieandley thank you

  • I have an older craftsman with same basic beltguard under the mower. I have the blade off, but the blade adapter does not come off as you show in the video. I notice that you lock it back in when you put it back on, but you don't show unlocking action to take it off. How does it slide off?

  • @jackieandley hi, u can pull it off, if it is stuck on you can use a 2 jaw puller, check out my video called How To Remove A Lawnmower Blade Adapter

  • Thank you - extremely helpful. well done.

  • Now kids have no excuses why THEY can't cut the grass LOL

hahaha man, almost everything is on YouTube! :p

    Thank you donyboy73!

  • Hi mate, cool stuff! have you ever seen an old type? royal 42s? there is some plastic stuff under the blade, which is solid. I can not remove. Any idea? Cheers.

  • @deniz830928 SORRY BUT WE DO NOT HAVE THOSE HERE

  • @donyboy73 cheers anyway.... :(

  • Hi. Just wanted to thank you for the video. I am a single Mom who does most of her repairs around the house and videos like this are a blessing :) I will be replacing the belt and oil on my Husq today. You saved me a ton of cash. Thank You! Keep it up.

  • @melindammartin you're welcome!

  • I cant turn the axle pulley on a front wheel self propelled. is the whole axle shot? (bearing) do I have to replace the whole trans axle?

    Any suggestions?

    Thx & great vids!

  • @Zapppo i'll have to make a vid, too hard to explain

  • @donyboy73

    Darn, well thanks for answering.

I'm about to just buy the whole axle assembly & install it since I'm not sure how to fix it. The [new] belt squeals on the pulley, the drive cable has been adjusted, replaced a wheel that had stripped out teeth, so, asside from a rebuild, the part is only about $60

Thanks! will be looking for your vid.

  • where do you get your oil (Castrol HD 30)?

  • @svcruz here in canada i get it at an automotive store. some marinas have some too but quacker state which is good too. DO NOT BUY THE NON-DETERGENT SAE 30
