The TV show was indeed dedicated to the memory of Michel Berger, famous songwriter and singer whose wife was France Gall, from 1980 until his death in 1992.

Michel and France eventually used to sing this particular song ("la déclaration") as a romantic duo.

@agenthuhn Actually you're absolutely right. This TV show was dedicated to France Gall. About 2 hours of here songs (and of course Michel Berger's songs) where she invited all her friends. For exemple, France Gall changed Matthieu Chedid diappers when he was a baby. Now he's offering here, with vanessa, the best cover of "Ma déclation" in my opinion.

I just listened to this song on my cdthen I looked for it on youtube and found this version I think this is playbackit's too identical I mean, great singers can give great performances, just like in the cd, but here the music is exactly the samedoesn't sound acoustic to me, what do you think?

Yes, the 2 versions are identical. The CD version is actually the audio of this live performance. As far as I know, it's not playback, it's sung live.
